We do try to ship all of our tires from the same warehouse, at the same time - but sometimes tires might come from different locations, although that's not what happened here. Namely, tires are large and heavy, so they are sent out as separate yet linked packages; although they are meant to be handled as one large group and delivered together at the same time by the carriers. Despite that, they sometimes get separated during transit and thus may be delivered on different days - though you should still receive all of them within the advertised estimated in consecutive days.

Regarding the mileage, it is best to have the tires formally installed and balanced by a professional shop that provides a formal receipt with visible vehicle mileage, balancing details and rotational records; likewise, it is best to keep any and all paperwork for any and all tire or wheel rotations (alongside any noted mileage), as that would provide you with the best possible documentation for any type of mileage warranty. Sadly neither us nor the manufacturer can guarantee assistance through the warranty if you mount and balance the tires yourself without formal paperwork accompanying it.

We do our absolute best to ship all of our orders ASAP and have our logistical network set up in a way to ensure the swiftest deliveries possible for all areas. Be it with FedEx or any other carrier, we work with them closely to get the most efficient handling possible; obviously, delays and accidents of all kinds can occur, for which we do try to take action if we are notified on time and can try to work with the carriers to get any delayed or missing packages found. With that said, we do have to point out that a 5-day delivery is exactly within our advertised 1-6 business day delivery estimate - we're not quite sure then what the actual point of contention is here. Thusly, we are not sure why you are upset at our customer service, especially as they explained to you that an unlucky delay happened with the carrier - and yet the order still wasn't late. If the order was late we could certainly accommodate with a courtesy discount, but like this we're not exactly sure what you were expecting. Your frustration with having difficulties reaching us is understandable, but your conclusions are unnecessary and extreme - we are indeed A+ rated and Accredited with the BBB, have several thousand orders each day and service several hundreds of customers via phone call, live chat and email. Our agents indeed answer hundreds of calls and do their best to reach all customers, be it by answering incoming calls, honoring callback requests or indeed replying via email. With that said, we've been dealing with a notable influx of incoming traffic and frankly struggling to keep up, leading to a lot of delays in communication. For that we do apologize - but we assure you that the delay you experienced is not due to a lack of effort, as our team is working around the clock to reach everyone ASAP. Likewise, our leadership is taking steps to address the issue, both by adjusting our workforce and reorganizing into a more efficient system. It will take some time, but we are confident our efforts will be fruitful to improve our service and better meet demand. Thank you for your understanding.
