The experience was quick and easy. Delivery was also very quick. If I have any complaint at all It would be, if you offer a discount on a tire it should be on all like tires in the order not just the first one.
There must be some misunderstanding, as yes, coupons are cart-based, applied to everything you're ordering! With that said, we're confident that you will receive excellent value in the long term!
Just got the last 2 tires today, 1 week after the first 2, so they should be on the car in a couple days. That's on Fed Ex.

Ordered tires and they were shipped promptly. The problem was with UPS. The items sat at the shipping facility for days (its only 15 minutes from my house). I called Priority support for help. They were able to resolve the issue.
We're certainly glad that we were able to assist you and resolve the hold-up, but we do apologize on our and UPS' behalf that the issue happened in the first place! Obviously we do all we can to be in sync with our carriers of choice and ensure smooth, safe deliveries for all customers. Still, sadly, unexpected incidents can happen, including mysterious delays that ultimately do not have any formal justification. Rest assured that we always communicate with our partners to report any and all issues in an effort to improve quality control and provide better service to all customers - we've seen improvements over the years with all of our partner carriers, so we are confident that with further efforts issues like this won't happen again!

This is my first experience with priority tire. I'd like to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate the site, find my tires, and Order them. I think it was a great experience. Now I haven't gotten them installed so that's no issue with them, but in the event that I need to return them I hope that process is okay as well.

I recently placed an order for 4 new tires. I read some other reviews that were not so favorable. However, my experience was absolutely 10/10 the order was placed on Sunday, tracking on Monday, and the tires arrived on Wednesday. I am looking forward to ordering more in the near future.

Overall good purchase experience, one of the tires showed up as a "white wall", not a big deal, same tire as the other three, just had it installed on the inside. First time I've ordered from these guys but I think I will keep using them for my other car tires.
