Ordered wrong tire. Sent email with mistake. Issue taken care of immediately without concern. Polite, responsive, accurate. Price is right. Tire is high quality. Shipment came in two separate orders - which wasn't an issue. FedEx is fast, shipping was free. Easiest order ever. New tires + install (with my mechanic) for under $450.

Concerned when told tires didn't show up as told they were shipped. Called them and told that order hadn't been shipped yet 6 days after ordered. They shipped out after call. Had in 3 days after calling.

Bought 4 tires 2 are factory defects and they don't want to exchange the 2 tires for good ones they cost me $200 of balancing and shop fees to find out the tires are bad and they are giving me the run around
We'd need to verify what order you're referring to first, but as a general rule of thumb we'd say that we always offer help when a defective tire is reported. No run around at all, as we always explain, we're filling a warranty claim on your behalf with the manufacturer and do require every piece of documentation that they request. All of the tires we sell and ship should be without any defect, so that is why the manufacturer requires evidence of a problem! All you need to do is cooperate with us and we'll do our best to solve the warranty!

This was a great deal on these tires! I had anticipated paying $1500.00 for these 305x22x40 tires but got them from Priority Tires for less than $800.00. These are big heavy tires, so the free shipping was impressive! Delivered much faster than I had expected.
