I will say this up front. Fedex Ground is incompetent. Two of the tires were delivered to a neighbor several houses away. Fortunately, my neighbor brought the tires to me. The other two tires were delivered to my next door neighbor. I did receive all four tires but only due to the kindness of my neighbors. This is the reason I give 3 stars versus 5.
The tires were. Mounted on the rims I was satisfied with the price so more time will help me to decide

Not trustworthy sent me the wrong tires and won't pay for return even though they said they would. $200 cost
Well, that's certainly not true! It's quite a black & white matter, if we shipped you incorrect tires we'll provide a Free Return! If you purchased incorrect tires by accident, the return cost is on you as per our advertised policies.
So, if we denied a Free Return, that can only mean that you purchased incorrect Tires by accident, which would be visible and traceable on your receipt and such!
We suggest that you double-check everything on your end and feel free to contact us again to get help with the return.

I ordered Bridgestone Duellers and received Firestone Allzseasons. I was able to send them back for free. Still have not received confirmation they are sending me the correct ones.

Bought six tires for my Class C motorhome. I confirmed in a phone conversation with one of your reps that these tires were proper for my use, before I made the purchase. The shop that installed them wondered if they were correct. Will Call.
