I placed an order for corrugated boxes on March 7th. Full color on the outside and plain on the inside. The site had me choose a printing turn around time and I chose 10 days, today is March 22nd and my item still has not shipped.
When I called on Sunday March 19th, the agent advised me that my item would ship on Monday March 20th. Yesterday March 22nd the agent advised me that my item would ship today. Now today an agent advised me that my item will ship between Friday March 24th thru Monday March 27th. A full 20+ days after placing my order.
Print Place will accept your order and promise you anything, then take their time delivering your product without any consideration for your schedule. I ordered a proof of 1 box and it arrived in 7 days. Since my order was taking so long I ordered a second proof box to take pictures for our website and it too arrive promptly. But my bulk order of 100+ boxes of the same size and design miraculously cannot ship.
And don't even get me started on the phone agents. They're combative and far from knowledgeable. All they do is paraphrase your statements/questions to pretend like they understand your question. The agents literally make things up as they go along.
Print Place don't even reply with your non-sense because I had each agent e-mail me the ship date they told me for proof.
If you are reading this, go elsewhere. Don't say that you were not warned.

Few orders w them and its fast, good price and high quality. Not easy to find the frost cards/ or plastic see through cards and I've been pretty pleased with the designs I've made with y'all. Thank you!
I bought stickers from this company about half a month ago and they turned out great! The proof was a little blurry but the actual product came out great.
I ordered 500 double sided bookmarks to gift to students and teachers for Read Across America Day. I designed my bookmark in another software and uploaded it. I ended up needed PrintPlace help to resize my design so it wouldn't get cut off and the designers helped quickly. I approved the proof and received shipment very quickly a week later. Very satisfied!
I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Will be doing business with them soon
The service and the quality of the product was exceptional.

The worst company to deal with. Never received my order or refund. Customer service is a joke all they say is I'm sorry. Think twice before throwing your money away. Ordered 3 day turn around, been almost a month no order. Any other company would have filled the order and shipped it over night.
Placed an order and paid for 1 day shipping. Delivery date of February 24th promised. It's the 26th today. They don't know where it is. Can't contact DHL, the shipper because they are closed on Saturday. Yesterday DHL told me the order would be in my mailbox by end of day yesterday. That was a lie. These are menus for tomorrow, Sunday.

Customer service is possibly worst I have ever seen. Sent me wrong package on my wedding anniversary, took two weeks to fix it and when I suggested I deserve compensation they suggested that sending me what I already paid for was compensation. Shame on you guys. Have some pride in your company and it's service.
I've been using Print Place since 2008, in the past two years, the business has just deteriorated. I thought it was due to covid but it's just terrible. From the wrong files being used as proof's to them adjusting files incorrectly or assuming changes that weren't necessary. I had always used this company because their customer service was great... This is no more. THEY ARE NOW TERRIBLE! From banners to menus to flyers and business cards and postcards they've screwed up every order over the past few years. From cutting incorrectly to printing the wrong proof to printing on shotty quality of paper and banners. It's such a bummer. I've done my last job with this company.

Ordered on aug 19th. Today is the 28th and can not get an answer as to why my order is still not in the shipping stage. They say 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 for shipping. I hat a joke. Requested a refund a week ago and told me they can't refund my money. Would never deal with this company ever! Again.

They are the worst. Would not change a few words on an order. They said it was already in printing only after a few minutes of the order. There is no way it would be in printing that fast, because if it was why would they say it would not be shipped for 3 weeks when ordered. They lied. Then when asked if we could just stop printing and correct it they said they could but we would have to reorder and pay the full amount again. We then asked to just cancel the order and give us a full refund. They said that they would only give us a half refund. They are ripping off people. This is a very bad company with very bad people.

This company is also known as PrintPlace. I am a luxury home photographer with a background of 27 years of experience in print publishing. I have published hundreds of luxury home magazines and managed the printing. I sent a real estate brochure to PrintPlace and the did a horrible job of printing. The brochures were so dark and black ink was way too dark. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer support, they told me that they would re-print the brochures and the next day a customer service rep came back and said they would not re-print the brochures... they stole $395 dolloars from me basically because now I have to have the brochures re-printed somewhere else for my customer... horrible company with terrible customer service and the printing they do is awful. Don't order anything from them.

PrintPlace was terrible.
I ordered on 4/23 in the morning.
On 4/27 they called trying to sign me up for something, and mentioned that my order would be delivered on 5/1, a day later than my event. I expressed concern, asked for shipping changes to ensure my order would make it in time. The person on the phone said they couldn't help me with that, and I would have to call their customer service number. I did immediately after I got of the phone with them. I called the customer service number, and swear I got the same person who just called me, they had a very distinct voice.
4/27,9:30am, had to be on the phone for 17 min, found out that my order might not arrive by the needed date. I requested either faster shipping or cancellation. They said they couldn't cancel it because it was already done. I said OK, lets do faster shipping, its Monday, the order is done, I need it by Thursday morning, plenty of time to ship it. They said they would call back in 1-2 hours with shipping info, the never did. I called again, at 12:27, on the phone for 18 min. They wanted to Fedex overnight the order, I said send it 2-3 day and it would still arrive in time, they said the order wasn't done yet so it would have to be sent on Tuesday. I asked if it wasn't made yet, why could they not cancel it, I was told earlier in the day that it was finished. No explanation. They offered Fedex overnight shipping (fine) but the rate she quoted was almost TRIPLE the actual rate fedex charges from their zipcode to mine for a 5lb box... I questioned her on it. She said a manager would call me within 1-2 hours, same day. They never did.
No resolution at all, completely left hanging. No call back when promised 2 separate times. Now I'm out the money for the order, it will not arrive on time, and will be completely useless.
I ordered it 4/23 in the morning, completely unacceptable that I can't get it by 4/30. Never going to use this company again, I will spend the effort telling my colleagues and friends to never order from this company.
Worst experience I have ever had with a print company, I use print companies all the time for business needs, never have issues, figured I would give it a try, terrible mistake on my part. Never again. Want to know the worst part? These labels were for a charity event to feed healthcare workers, it was supposed to be a note of thanks to them.

Answer: Total scam! If you're lucky enough to even get your product you're doing better than I am.
