Very painful to work with their customer service. It is not US based. It takes a long time (days) to communicate with their customer service because they are based in another country.

When you are printing thousands of rack card copies to be distributed to potential tourists over a 200-mile range, you just don't want mistakes.

Their website tools are very good. Sometimes I get lost in it but I usually can get back to where I need to be. I have been using them for over 10 years with the best results and customer service when I make a mistake and need it corrected after I have submitted for printing.
