When you tell me the order will be delivered on time I take you at your word. Your word, in this case did not matter. I ordered something within the stated window of time for delivery before Christmas last year and it was late...way late! You're not the only game in town so youve lost my business!
I would like for the graphics design to be a little more fluid and offer more flexibility.

Site rejected my prepayment code and just gave standard discount. I tried contacting PP to correct this and multiple attempts went unanswered. Ended up paying twice for same order. Plus product was noticeably darker than it should have been. Very unsatisfied. Subsequent attempts to rectify also were not responded to. Not a good look there, gang.
Shopping part was easy, easy to use setup for the books and canvases. The biggest issue I came across was after EVERY individual photo there are 10 different "options" to upgrade and you are forced to click through each one to finally add your item to the cart. I ordered 30 photos and had to click the 10 items each time. Very obnoxious
On top of that, we ordered the items well ahead of the Christmas deadline but they still didn't arrive until 3rd week of January. They refused to ship the items individually. We would have only had to ship 1 book to family from out of town had they arrived on time. Instead we had to ship 6 items which cost a large chunk of extra money.
Was offered no help or positive.feedback, basically just an "oh well, sorry" response.

Ordered 2 calanders, got and was billed for 3. Had duplicat pictures on calanders(1). Slow delivery.
Customer service was A+++. Fed ex claimed to have lost my customized photo print so I called and another one was made and sent out asap with no hassle! Greatly appreciated!
I thought my calendar was a a disaster. I thought it was bigger and my pictures were larger. I was disappointed with the overall size and dimensions of my product. In addition, I had ordered around 40 calendars, and I did not receive them all at once. I used Groupon. Why do you care what I think, anyway?
I ordered two Groupon. Placed in order for the blanket and got my first order and then went back to use the second Groupon and it wouldn't work. I had numerous communications with your team back-and-forth and it was never fixed. I never got to redeem my second coupon.

The website was relatively easy to use for generating the layout for my project and once the photo's were uploaded, it was very easy explore various layouts and get a real view of how the finished product would appear. The received product was impressive and met my expectations.
Not great at all. My second order did not have the hangers in the package and the second order was printed on thinner, cheaper metal than my first order. Went round and round with customer service and still never received my hangers. Will never do business with them again.
My experience was horrible. I ordered a blanket for my wife prior to Valentine's Day. I paid extra to have my order been done first to get shipped out ASAP to make sure I get it before Valentine's Day, it arrived after. Then after opening my package I was sent the wrong blanket, someone else family pictures were on it. I called immediately and was told by the first representative that he couldn't fix the issue immediately that I needed to send an email with picture proof and that once that's done they will ship out another one and I will get a response, never gave me a timeline and his tone was robotic like he really didn't care. I waited full week and no response, I called again and the second representative said that I needed to send another email. Irate I called back again and spoke to a third representative who looked into find my email and actually submitted to have my order be processed again and send it out. I got it about 2 week later after speaking to the third rep. It was good blanket. The kick in the back was that all this happened in February and I got an email response back from my original email in May apologizing and looking to help.
The calendar is very small, the quality is not great either.
Not familiar with your products as the first timer, spent some time, will do better next time.
Unfortunately I had a horrible overall experience with PrinterPix. During the past holiday season I ordered approximately 10 items as gifts for family. Two gifts were incorrectly printed, so I contacted customer service and followed their directions of submitting photos of the incorrect and misprinted items along with all of the original pictures in order for them to remake the gifts. After I received no response to several follow up emails from me inquiring about the status of my replacement items, I gave up. With so many other options from companies who offer the same items and services, I will absolutely NOT ever order from them again. I am very disappointed.
We made a calendar for our community in the mountains. It turned out great! All our ego pictures were used for the twelve months and all our relevant reminders and event dates were included in this project. They arriveed in two weeks! The more you order, the cheaper they get.
We will use Printerpix again.
I have repeatedly asked for a refund from my first order because the printed books had bent covers and dark pages. You made it impossible to reach you by any means other than email and you never responded to my requests. Yet you state that you have a money back satisfaction guarantee. Really? How does that work? Please tell me because I would still like a refund.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
