I ordered 2 11x14 aluminum prints. The colors were washed out and lots of bare metal showed through. Not what I was expecting.
Pictures on a blanket was burry someone was gunna replace it and told me that all I had to do was pay for shipping and never received the blanket

Shipping was very very delayed after paying for rush shipping. Quality was sub par.
Ordered gift canvases with special pictures and text. When they arrived pictures were off center and both pictures and texts were also cut off. A clarification email or call from the vendor when they saw this would have been nice, rather than creating products that can't be used. I now have two canvases I can't display at all. Very disappointed.

Ordered a set of buy now create later. The expiration date in the email was 5-31. Tried to redeem in April and was denied. Lost me a lot of money and customer service wouldn't respond. Worst experience ever and I need a $#*!ing refund

The calendar I received for Christmas had all of the bindings smashed. I Got a hold of customer service twice. The only response I ever received back was to send pictures of the calendar which I did and never heard back again.
I ordered a custom calendar in Feb 2024 and it has not begin delivered nor have I received an update on the status at it is now June. I have been unsuccessful trying to get through to customer service to request a refund.
I never received my order. I got the wrong persons order. I sent pictures as proof and multiple Instagram messages and also called with no resolution

The 2 mugs I ordered for Christmas presents were the absolute poorest quality. Extremely pixelated and dark when I know I used high res photos. I tried to call customer service multiple times and was unable to reach anyone and no response to the emails I sent. Will never purchase again
I have normally been very satisfied with past photo books and other projects, but my last project was not correctly completed, eg, 5 of 20 photos cropped off letters or part of the picture that had been inside the border when the book was produced. Customer Service responded with a 2nd copy but it included same errors. A 3rd "re-do" is on its way & I hope will be done correctly.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
