The shipping took much longer than was quoted. My order was printed and shipped well beyond the dates given.
Good product, horrible customer service. Asking customer service through email was a nightmare. They repeatedly did not answer questions and then also didn't provide timely responses. There estimated shipping for my products was completely fictitious, they then pre made labels for USPS shipping and didn't send the items for more than another week.
The final photo books were as requested, but came more than two weeks after the initial estimated delivery.
I got my Christmas picture / cards from PrinterPix and they were fantastic. They were very clear and it was nice to be able to add the details that I wanted without adding a lot of expense.
Loved the Christmas & Engagement cards I ordered. They were just as I wanted.

Order didn't arrive in time for holiday gifts even though it was ordered way ahead of their published deadline.
Spoke to a customer rep who either lied or was clueless and promised me order had shipped even though tracking didn't reflect this. I was informed days later that it had shipped weeks after promised.
No one responded when I asked for order to be rushed or refunded since it wouldnt arrive in time for Christmas gifts.
The quality of the calendar was better than expected! Paper quality, the picture quality and the way it has held together for the last 6 months on our refrigerator has been pleasantly surprising. Will definitely order another one next year

I ordered magic mugs and they were delivered promptly exactly how I wanted. Gave one as a gift which had two pictures of her on it that would appear when hot liquid is poured in and she was overjoyed and loved the gift.Will definitely order again.
My order was guaranteed by Christmas and arrived the day after, I emailed and complained and received a reply but no compensation or refund for my order arriving late

I've been making social books for probably 10-12 years, making one for each year. I find it immensely satisfying to go back & leaf through them & enjoy the story of my life...with pictures! The pictures are great quality and even the soft cover 8x12" book i make is sturdy as heck. The creating process still frustrates me at times - even after all this time i can't work out what an IOS or ALL PICTURES and the other labels mean, so i waste a lot of time trying to be sure my books contain exactly what i want. Not as user friendly as I'd like. But you'll notice i give it all the stars, because i do love my social books!
I didn't even get to do the book! I had a problem with the Groupon and making the purchase
If 2 or more canvases are being ordered and sent to the same address, WHY are you charging postage fees separately?
The materials were cheap and the pictures look very bad. I called and asked for a refund or to fix it. They said I had to pay. I will never order again
Horrible customer service horrible communication never got the product. I ordered very very disappointing. The only reason someone actually ended up. Emailing me back is because I put a negative review online.
Im very satisfied! I ordered a video to my sister birthday and she loved it! They sent me the video in less than 24 hours! Love it
