PrinterPix is a total joke! The order I received was screwed up, picture was not centered and it looked like someone just pasted a photo in the middle of the canvas. It didn't even fill the whole canvas! When I contacted them, they said they would redo it. Well that whole process took 6 weeks and my order finally got shipped to Puerto Rico (I am in Michigan)! This was a Christmas present which obviously didn't happen because of their screw ups! Never, ever again will I use PrinterPix. There are plenty of other reliable canvas picture companies that I can use.
The blankets turned out great. I was just annoyed by the fact that a giant label was placed on the back of two of the blankets. It was a very sticky label and it pulled fibers off the blanket when removed. Also, the shipping presentation was not stellar. The three blankets were just tossed in a box and shipped. When I opened the box, they were just loose in the box and looked messy.
Collage editor left a lot to be desired. Shipping on a Groupon Deal is way high compared to the price ordering directly from you. Kind of a scam. Customer service is terrible. The picture turned out OK but given the other negative issues I wouldn't order from them again.

As always my personalized blankets and calendars came quick and perfect. This is my go to site for anything personalized with pictures
The final product was not great and the delivery took for ever. Very expensive for what they offer.

Took over a month to arrive, was not quite the wait. Super cheap quality. Definitely don't recommend. Even though it was a Groupon, I still feel like I wasted money.

I ordered it an it came very late that I missed some of February, other wise the product was fine
Advertised guarantee customer to be pleased. I was not pleased and wrote in but was swept under the rug. No attempt at all to fix the situation. I won't be shopping here anymore.
I received the wrong blanket with some one else's picture on it I contacted you many many times and called it's been 6 months with no answer when asked I tell people never use this company.
I ordered 11 calendars. 3 were shipped. When I called to get some answers, the rep questioned if I was telling the truth. Which I was. She reluctantly agreed to ship the missing 8 calendars. At no additional cost. She advised that there was no way that the missing product could be expedited. I completely understand that errors happen. If the response had been - 'I am so sorry. We will get the missing product printed and shipped out as quickly as possible' I would have given a 5 rating. It was the response and total lack of care or concern that earns the 1 star rating.

The custom diamond painting that I ordered came out amazing. It was better than I hoped. The only issue came with the shipping but that was on the post office.Other than that. I recommend a custom diamond painting for anyone
