Great quality, love the result but took a long time to get it. Delayed shipping process, ineffective shipping and tracking notification service. I had to ask for it... not good.
I ordered a blanket for my grandmother around the Christmas holidays and went back-and-forth with one of your agents who promised that the blanket would be shipped directly to her home however it ended up being shipped to me instead, and I reached out at the time and never heard back from anyone.
It would be nice if Projects were saved for a longer period of time and if an email was sent letting me know that the project would be deleted.

It was difficult to find the correct album that I had a Groupon for so I ended up having to recreate the album 4 times which was very frustrating. There should be a way to transfer between styles

The printing quality was not great even though I paid for the upgrade. I was disappointed there was not a foil option for the lettering and I wanted to see what the card would look like if I left printerpix signage on the card, but it would not show me that, when I called they could not do it either, so I felt like I HAD to pay for the upgrade to get it removed because I didn't want it running through a picture or any words. So the original pricing was deceiving and the cards themselves lacked the vibrant colors and printing even with the HD (I believe that this what you called it) upgrade.
Do not like all the "upgrade charges" seems like hidden fees.

Quite a good value and quality met expectations at a price far superior to Shutterfly
Making the order was easy and seamless. However, when I ordered, I forgot to enter the gift recipient's address and used my own. I realized my mistake immediately after submitting the order, however it was in the evening. I tried calling customer service, but being after hours, couldn't reach anyone, so I tried sending an email using the resource on the website, however that was not helpful as it was an autogenerated response and did not address my concern. I called customer service the next morning and spoke to a representative who changed the delivery address on my invoice. I thought it was fixed, but then a few days later the product arrived to my house and not the recipient. So I ended up having to pay shipping again due to my error to get the product to the right address. I never got a shipping notification either so I didn't know when the product left the facility. Overall, the product is good quality and the recipient appreciated the gift, I just found it hard to talk to an actual person with the company in the event of my error. I thought I caught it fast enough to change the address before shipping, but I must not have. When speaking to the representative on the phone the next morning, it would have been nice to know that I was too late. They made it sound like all was good and the address could be changed.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
