They promised a delivery date. The items arrived about 2 weeks late.
I'm not positive, but I believe I cropped the picture a certain way and it did not seem to have been done the way I cropped it.

Paid for expedited processing and shipping 10 days before Mother's Day in response to email that orders placed today would be filled by Mother's Day. Well, it was more than two week after Mother's Day when the pictures arrived. I'll be more cautious with my next order and would appreciate greater transparency in your advertising.

My order was shipped to the WRONG address I had to go hunt it down leave a note for them to send it to the correct place. Which they did but what a damn hassle

Cons The wall hanging kit tape didnt stay long at all, I had to apply a heavier double sided tape.

Everything is great, I always love everything I order. The quality is superb, I always order a picture blanket with the purpose of making a memory box. They have turned out great.

Was given a voucher to use and used it towards purchase but it doubled my order and then I ordered a two sided blanket, got charged and only one sided. Called CS and wouldn't help at all. Blankets pretty but not like what I thought I ordered and put out a lot of money

Negative with no feedback from customer service, Eva who promised to send my correct order. Has not followed up. I just sent an email to the president as well. So VERY disappointed and the issue is unresolved.

You did the edge wrong and when I asked for a replacement you sent one that was also done wrong
