I've been on hold now for 20 mins waiting on someone to help me with my order that I placed March 17th it is now May 2nd. Still nothing! Also, I'm trying to use their online chat service to see if that goes faster and the first thing I sent it said I had 3 people ahead of me and then I sent a? And it said there were seven people ahead of me! I never closed the window! So, how is this possible. Spoke to a customer service representative earlier who was horrible told me there was no one higher than her I could talk to because they All were in a meeting! Sounds like a huge lie! There should always be someone to talk to!
Ordered a blanket with a groupon April 6th. Site shows only 25% complete. Their customer service doesn't answer emails. I did chat with them and they said they would expedite-still not received and still showing 25% complete. They promised on the chat I would receive by May (tomorrow) My sister's birthday present looks like it was ordered from a company that is a scam.
I spent many hours creating a photo book, used a groupon for discount, March 17,2017. I have still not received my book as of 4/28/17.
I called around a month After and was told order would be expedited.
A week later with online help, they showed no comment of it being expedited and said I would have to call to get further help.
Called today 4/28 and they number only gives static sound.

I have purchased 6 customized mugs from groupon, but when you want to order, they do not allow you to order together because they want to charge 6 separate shipping fees!, They have impolite customer service who do not even want to consider the situation.
Ordered a small blanket on March 16,2017 for a bday gift in mid April. Still shows at 25% ready, whatever that means! I think they are putting any coupon or Groupon at the bottom of the pile for production. They need to stop accepting coupons and get their act together.
I am sooooo mad that I have no words! I wish I read the reviews before ordering! They don't reply to my phone calls or emails... what is the point of their customer service? I don't know. Their website is made tricky on purpose, I believe. I ordered two towels and ended up paying for three. Again, no response from their customer service! Then, there is the shipping price... $45... like it is a couple of blankets, not horses and cows. SMHHH. This is so upsetting. Negative 100 would be my rating.
I ordered a thermal mug on groupon and have tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service. The first time I emailed them i received an email stating my email was received and someone will be in touch with me. No one has been in touch with me! I tried calling the phone number and it is pure static from multiple phones. I tried emailing again and still no answer. Still no product in the mail when I ordered it 22 days ago, the website stated it should be shipped 7 to 14 days. Bogus. I will report this company to the BBB
Their shipping is crazy expensive. I got two large blankets for $30 on groupon, thinking it was a good deal. I made my blanket several weeks later expecting to pay about $10 max on shipping, but instead had to pay the same price I payed for the Blankets. No way shipping costs $30, it's rediculous and it had already been several weeks so I couldn't return the Groupon and was forced to pay the insane shipping costs. They also add a bunch of items into your cart and you have to figure out how to get them out. This site is a scam!
PrinterPix SUCKS! I placed an order exactly 2 weeks ago, and it has been showing that it is at 50% processed for at least a week. Also they are extremely hard to get a hold of. From April 3rd to April 19th I've made 8 separate calls to them, and spent a total of 53 1/2 minutes on the phone trying to get help, and answers, with NO luck. I will NEVER order from them again. BEWARE!
I live in Florida, and I used a Groupon for a Mink Blanket, I also paid for expedited shipping, and was told that it still takes 5-7 days to make the product. I then asked, well what am I paying for expedited shipping that I would be receiving my product in 5 business days, when you're saying that my item will take 7-15 to complete. Then the CSR said that she will speak to her supervisor to speed up my order. I will not refer this company to any of my friends/family, nor will I ever order from them AGAIN!
I am in Colorado. They develop and ship from Florida. They had trouble printing a batch of 4x6 photos I ordered so they say they need to reprint them. That was 4 weeks ago. Every time I call, they say it will ship soon. I have been told each week, it takes a week for the prints to dry! What? Their customer service is trained with; I am sorry. I have "escalated" your order and you will receive your order shortly. I ordered 4 other items. They are holding those and will not ship it separately. Lesson learned. Stay Away!
One star is not low enough. This is the worse photo website I have ever used. Good luck editing your project. Poor customer service response (completely not helpful). I wished I had read these other reviews before I spent so much money on this. Dear Groupon: SAVE YOURSELF. DON'T SELL FOR THIS COMPANY.
I ordered from this company and received a photo mug that was damaged during shipping handle was broken off and emailed asking for replacement have never heard anything back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR CANVAS! They are a rip off. I purchased a Groupon 4 months ago and ordered a canvas from them then and I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. You can't talk to anyone who speaks English and you get emails only and always saying "we are having technical difficulties" FOR 4 MONTHS? Are you kidding. I will never get my canvas. Purchased a Groupon from another company and had it in 5 days.
Ordered a photo blanket and took about 2 months to receive. I live in PA and shipped it to an address in AZ. After calling and waiting hours finally got 2nd blanket printed. Opened and it looks as though they printed each picture 2twice on top of each other. So distorted can not even make faces out. I emailed and still have heard nothing back from them. Stay away from this company. I have filed a complaint with pa attorney general's office and asking have retained a lawyer
I submitted my order almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting for it. I was advised they would expedite my package due to the time it was taking to complete it. This did happen for 2 packages, but not the last one - - it was sent regular shipping. Of course, there is nothing they can do (there never is), they are always sorry and will always offer a refund of shipping fees or a new book, mug or calendar for your trouble - - for FREE! Great, so I can wait another 3 months for my order. I ordered 2017 calendars for my friends, too bad it'll be 6 months in before they receive them! I'm not sure how they are still getting customers, but I will NEVER order from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
Very poor service. There production is very very slow and their customer service is poor (slow and unhelpful). I will ever use them again - even with a groupon deal. Terrible
I am also one of the unfortunate Groupon users. Printer pix sent me the wrong blanket. Nice pictures of total strangers on the blanket. All attempts to resolve the mixup have been met with "looking into it". "Preparing your blanket and will notify when it ships". All while I wait... and wait... and wait.
I bought a Groupon for 2 medium "mink touch" blankets, which made my actual spending about $35 (Groupon +shipping). I bought these as a bit of a cheeky joke for my boyfriend, one is decorated with cheesy pictures of us, the other is photos of our dog.
I received my package today, and the packaging was... Not good. This site won't allow photos, but the envelope was missing it's security glue part at the top, and the envelope was stapled shut. It looked as if they had forgotten to include both blankets so they ripped the envelope open and stapled it shut instead of just replacing the packaging.
The blankets themselves look cheap, but they are really soft and as I said before, they were purchased as a tongue-in-cheek gift so I'm not upset about the quality. Printing of pictures is fine.
I got the medium size, they are about the size of a regular bath towel. Medium would be perfect for a baby blanket or decorative lap blanket, not so much for an adult to actually use.
Communication between Printer pic and myself was minimal, would have been nice to have some sort of updates about how the process was going.
Overall, I'm glad I wasn't getting these for a real gift or I'd have a lot more to say.
Not to mention shipping took almost 2 months! I ordered square canvas prints, they are completely off centered and do not run over the sides. So there is white on sides instead of photo. It can't be hung solely on the wall or you will see the white. I contacted the company several times trying to locate my order as well as how terrible the 3 pictures came out and got no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
