If you order photobook - be cautios, as you may not be able to complete your projects. I have purchase 40 page book and tried many times to complete my project. However the website is muclfunctioning and allows to finish the work only half wat through and then the project just disappears. Very frustrating. If think you would be able to resolve the issue with their costumer service- think again. It is impossible to get through as costumer service number is not working. Awhul experience. Lost money.
I ordered a large 60" x 50" blanket. After 1 month I received a 20" x 25" washcloth. They have little to no customer service, but I did e-mail them and call them numerous times. Finally they said they would send me a replacement blanket. Well, they did. It arrived today, 1 month later, only to find that it is again a 20" x 25" washcloth and not the 60" x 50" blanket that I ordered and paid for. So, I am going to have to try to call them and e-mail them again for who knows how long to try to get this order correct. I will NEVER use this company again. Take my advice and run from this company.
I've dealt with Printerpix since 2015. I bought 80% off vouchers. The canvas prints came quickly and they were beautiful. I kept reordering with satisfaction.
Until now. I've been trying to place an order and the site doesn't accept the three codes I purchased. I waited on hold for a customer service rep for over a half hour, and finally hung up in disgust. Then I tried their online chat. That took a half hour. The rep had all kinds of good suggestions, which I did, and none of them worked. She was out of ideas and suggested I take a screen shot to send to *******@printerpix. Their site says you'll hear back within 24 hours. I did what she says and I'm still waiting for a reply. The vouchers expire tomorrow so I'm getting ready for another time suck--I'll stay on hold for as long as it takes. Ugh! They used to be so good!
I was skeptical because of several poor reviews, but I had already purchased 2 Groupon deals. I placed my order and it shipped out quickly. DHL messed up the shipping, but that wasn't the retailers fault. The blankets were great and actually better quality than I expected!

I ordered products over a month ago for my daughters graduation including announcements. Yet to get them. Call their customer care number and get a static sound. Email them and get a run around. DO NOT order from them. Use print solutions, York, or snspfish.
I ordered a 40" x 60" mink touch blanket with picture of our cat that we just lost for my wife, a very special present. I trusted these jerks to deliver that, and what I received was a 20 x 25" mini-blanket - mind you for the price of the 40x60. I have contacted them several times asking for them to make it right and they have yet to reply to me about making it right. I guess I am just out the money and left with a less than nice gift for my wife. My advice, stay away from these $#*!s.
Production doesnt even begin for weeks after order placed! Talking to rep is like talking to a politician... they will not answer the question you are asking, but just waffle through with answers to other questions which were not asked, seems as if they just pull responses from a scripted page. It takes extremely long wait times by phone, & via the online chat service responses are snail paced... takes forever
#PrinterPix Incredibly dissapointed with their customer service. Called 3 times in the last 2 weeks looking for help. I waited on hold for a min of 30 minutes before speaking with a rep, who was unable to assist me. I was told that a superviser was going to call me yesterday, and that never happened. After waiting 34 minutes before speaking with someone, not single manager or supervisor was available and I "should" receive a phone call back today. FYI-Their shipping/delivery terms and conditions are inaccurate! Appearently, 7-14 days to delivery, means waiting 15 business days for the product to be produced, and then an additional 5-10 days from when the tracking number is emailed to you and the item is actually shipped and delivered...(I am on the 15th day, excluding business days, and they're telling me another 10-14 days!) So frustrating! Gonna go back to #Snapfish or #shutterfly!
Absolutely garbage customer service. Do not order from these hacks. Complete waste of money. I never received my order. Then when i contacted then in order to get some info on the order, it took several hours on the chat app. And they were not helpful at all. They gave me a non working email, so i contacted them again. They again were no help. The customer service is absolutely terrible.
Wish i'd seen these reviews... what a waste of money! Never received my items. I ordered something from them and it took 2 months and then ordered another and it never arrived. They aren't interested in making it right.
I ordered something for mother's day for my mom and never got it. I ordered a while ago. According to their shipping time it should have gotten to her early. Now I'm looking at reviews online, and LOTS of people say they waited for MONTHS before they got their order. I wish I would have known that beforehand since there are other companies that do the same thing. I am very disappointed and had to apologize to my mom for not having her gift in time.
Bought my grandson a blanket, and their delivery policy is deceitful. I have yet to receive it, and getting answers to where the package is does not exist. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone, only to hear what I already knew, the package was on the way. I will never use this company again.
Basically had the same experience as everyone else. Place an order April 13th with a group on for a mothers day gift today is mothers day and still no blanket. I called as was told it would be expedited. But have had no change in the status of my order. Tried calling again and was told the service was down. The chat service sucks and is super unreliable, cuts in and out. Today i was told on the chat service that it would be another 3 business days before it will be shipped... MAYBE. PrinterPix sucks
I was promised that the mink photo and was promised that it would be here before mothers day and today is mothers day and no blanket. I have chatted with two of their help specialist one promised it would be here and the other said they would put me on hold for no longer than 3 minutes and after 30 mins left the chat. Please do not use this site.
I ordered 6 photo blankets. And had complaints with the first one so the company cheerfully gave me a free blanket. No more problems after that. The best part is the rest of the blankets turned out beautiful and my family is so happy with them. Will definitely buy more!
Y'all... I was so scared after reading these reviews that I wouldn't get my order. I called and was on hold for a long time so i just hung up and I emailed and didn't get a response for like a week. But I decided to have faith and "Let Go and Let God" and let me tell you... Its been about a month and a half, but I have some of the most beautiful metal pictures of me and my sons. I am so happy with them and it was worth all of the hassle. Thank you sooo much.
If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. I ordered a blanket for my mother. For mothers day... made sure I ordered in enough time for it to be received. However today... the day before mothers day. She receives it... ( 600 miles away from me) and sends me a picture with a? Because its someone elses family. They shipped the wrong blanket to us... therefore I'm thinking someone else has received mine. I am not happy.
I actually didn't know what to expect after I ordered a blanket from a Groupon on 4/19/17, because I started reading all the bad reviews. Happy to say that I just got my blanket today and it looks great! I'm really happy with it but it is smaller than I expected but that's a minor issue. I know for next time to order a large blanket. Thanks printerpix, my mom will be delighted on mothers day.
I ordered a Metal photo (similar to the canvas photo)a month ago and still have not received it. It was for my daughter's bridal shower that has come and gone. Called customer service and they wanted to charge me to cancel the order!
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
