I ordered TWO "159$" blankets size MEDIUM and received baby blankets! The smalls must be BLANKETS FOR A BARBIE! I asked them if there was anything they could do to help me being that it took me OVER 6 HOURS to make these PHOTO blankets bc they're so difficult to make on their website and the man told me no. So now I have TWO baby blankets that wi wouldn't even pay 30$ for let alone 159$! These ppl are CRAZY. I would never order from this company again if it was the LAST picture company on the planet! GO TO SHUTTERFLY! This company is horrible... don't waste your time or your money! Thank you for the CLOTH NAPKINS PRINTERPIX! I'll be sure to leave you great reviews everywhere.

I sure wish I would have read reviews BEFORE I bought this from Groupon. After trying to make the blankets... which was 3 hours of getting nowhere... i contacted customer service to ask questions. They were rude and of NO help. After reading reviews I decided to take the loss on my money spent on GROUPON. I am not about to pay 19.99 S&H PER BLANKET ( I ordered 3) for what sounds to be a very inferior product. Plus hours of trying to make the blankets on a site that is FULL OF GLITCHES! I know it's not Groupons fault but I'm no longer buying on Groupon. Every purchase I've made on GROUPON has been a let down.

After buying five Mink Touch blankets which took 3 to 4 weeks to receive plus enormous double up shipping I received my one other order Mink Touch 30 by 40 inch blanked that was not a Mink Touch blanket but a Tiger white very thin blanket. I complained and they the complaint dept just shrugged it off that the Mink Touch was thin. This little blanket cost me $15. For shipping and was mailed in a small bubble wrap 8 by 11 envelope regular mail. Don't buy of Printerpix. They do not believe in honesty to customers.

I got a PrinterPix groupon to make for a few Mother's Day gifts. The website had a ton of glitches, I found out my groupon didn't apply to the Instagram books, which is fine - I should've read the small print.

BUT when I was having trouble uploading my pictures for a regular book, I was passed around to a few different representatives who ultimately told me to save my pictures from FB one by one to my computer and try uploading it that way.

Finally did ONE of my five books through the slow step by step process and the pictures were blurry, even the little "characters" provided BY PRINTERPIX was blurry.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! AWFUL PRODUCT!

I have been waiting for my order for 28 days. I call everyday to be told its made but sitting in the warehouse to be sent out. Its been sitting there according to their employees for 8 days now. And it has a note to be expedited by management. I am being told no managers work on duty and you can only put it a concern through email. They must get bombarded. I am now being told that its 7-14 days for shipping and 7-14 days for production. Where does it say that in fine print. I wouldn't have ordered. WHERE?

I purchased a Groupon for printerpix for a card board puzzle made from a picture that you send. Roughly thirty days later I noticed that I never received the puzzle. So I called the company directly and they said they were having problems in production and my order was delayed. The rep said he spoke to a supervisor and they are now going to expedite my order and it will be shipped the coming Friday. That sounded okay. The Friday came and passed still no tracking number was e-mailed. So I called the company again. The puzzles still did not make it to production for whatever reason. I don't understand why because when you first submit the order it tells you if the picture that you provided meets the criteria set forth. At that point I told them to cancel the order and to refund what I paid. Ten days later no refund was sent to my credit card. So this time I call groupon directly. They said for this groupon all refunds had to be made within the first three days of purchase. So I have no puzzles and I did not get a refund.

Got a foto of my 2 yr old from Printerpix. Terrible print! Waste of money. I would have bought a $5 foto frame from Walmart, printed in on a regular paper at home and that would have been way better than the metal print they offer.

Also, the metal sheet was all deformed during shipping as they have a horrible packaging service. Customer care - looks like it is run by a people with absolutely no idea what they are talking about! Total rip off... stay away!

I used printer pix, without reading reviews first, for 4 photo keyrings. I received them, opened them up, and on ALL four of the keyrings, the pictures had fallen out. I stuck 2 of them back in, but they are just going to fall out again! I contacted the customer service team, early last week, and I am still awaiting a response. I went to use the live chat but it just says its offline! They're quick to take your money, but they don't want to know if there is a problem! SCAMMERS! AVOID!

Products due 5/20 - didn't arrive - still waiting... it's june 12th. Call every Friday for status and get the same 'script' that they are very sorry, there was a technical issue, but today is the day they will ship and it will be quick shipped vs parcel post.
BTW, 1/2 the order was shipped and not overnight as promised but parcel post.
Horrible - horrible - horrible

I purchased a Groupon to have 2 canvas prints made I placed my photos in the box on the website, reviewed it and they looked fine to me when I received the canvases the photos were placed sideways and didn't reach the ends of the canvas they looked absolutely ridiculous! No one would find this acceptable or use these when I contacted printerpix they basically said too bad that's the way you placed it in the order.
Not even we're sorry would you like to try again here's a coupon discount nothing! Just that's the way you ordered it period.
I will have to just throw them away!
I would definitely NOT recommend using this company for anything

Purchased a Groupon voucher for blankets through Printerpix! Ordered blankets and was charged 29.00 for shipping, One blanket was good but
Other had a misprint. Thought you would contact company and they would take care of it! After 12 emails with the reference numbers, a library of pictures and no response back, other than that they received it. Called today and was told that if I want to pay another 29.00 and half of the voucher they would replace the defective item.!

I have made one purchase with this company and a second attempt at a purchase. There mobile website, computer website, and app don't work. This company will make you spend hours just trying to figure out how to work the website. Don't expect to buy anything it will take you days just to click the item you want then to checkout. And if you do plan on buying something be cautious they change your check out items right when you go to buy, so all of a sudden you have like 5 of the 1 item you wanted and several other miscellaneous items they want to charge you for.
