If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I ordered 2-16 x 20 metal prints via a groupon code. I had planned to showcase these prints as decor in the foyer for my wedding day. However, given the bad quality of these prints, I'll have to order them from elsewhere. The metal was cheap and flimsy and the photo quality was nothing like the high quality photo i submitted (taken by a professional photographer). The colors looked faded and dull. How does the color turquoise look whitish/gray? The prints arrived on time, but that is the only good thing I can say. Did I mention the quality was horrible? I was willing to give this company a try, but I am extremely disappointed and probably will not be ordering from printerpix again.
I bought the 12x12 photo slate special that came out in April. I triple checked my order, my photo placement, my groupon code, and even paid for 12x12 shipping. What do they do? They furnish and ship a 6x8 slate. Technical errors? I don't know. Customer Service with this company SUCKS. I tried contacting customer service via email numerous times starting on the day that I bought the slates and they do not get back to you in the '24 hours' they say they will. They will keep you on hold FIVE-EVER (because forever is not enough) and then next thing you know "the number that you dialed is not a working number". Horrible customer service. Horrible business model. It's all a scam. I'm still trying to see if I can salvage the one 6x8 that has a scratch on it or even get them to create the correct order of 12x12.
I placed an order on July 3rd for a photo beach towel, and was told it would take 14 days, since I needed it for a gift on July 30th, they told me it would arrive in time. Well, the party is over and still no beach towel! I am very upset! I just hope it arrives while it's still swimming weather!
I ordered 3 metallic photo prints from this company via groupon. Sounded like a great deal until I tried to get 3 copies of the same print. I emailed them - no response. I called and was told that it was against policy to send three pictures together. I was told that if I wanted 3, they would be sent individually - at a shipping fee of $15 a pop. It is clear this company exists to lure you in with great sounding deals and then nail you with overinflated shipping fees.
THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. DONT BUY GROUPON COUPONS FROM THEM THEY MISLEAD YOU AND CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD MONEY THEY SHOULD NOT. YOU THINK YOUR PAYING FOR SHIPPING THEY END UP CHARGING YOU $19.99 FOR SHIPPING AND AN ADDITIONAL $70.00 FOR THE BLANKET.
I placed an order for my wife's mother's day gift on April 25th and was told it would take 2 weeks to receive. I finally received a shipping confirmation on June 13th only to find out it was going to the wrong address. During that time I contacted customer service many times trying to find out when I would receive the order. The only answer I ever got was they had no way of giving me a time but they would escalate the order. When I called to find out why it was going to the wrong address all they could say was that was the information they had but could not tell me where they got it because I certainly didn't provide it. On the 3rd attempt to get this fixed they told me to file a claim with the post office. I was unable to do this due to the fact there was no insurance applied to the order. I reported this to them and they asked for a screenshot which I provided. After a week of no contact I sent a final email and never heard anything again. I had to go through my credit card provider to get a refund and never received the order. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I will never order through this company again.
Please don't waste your time or money, ordered 2 blankets from Groupon, waste 30 in shipping, on 5-15-17, today is 7/27/17 and still no blankets numerous calls made, i was told the package was lost then they were to be reproduced and still have bot been made, spoke with a kate via Chad and she was a complete $#*! and was trying to tell me they were still in transit over a month later. This has been by far the worst experience ordering anything over the internet in my life. Don't waste your time.
I too had a Groupon deal for a pet blanket. I honestly had high hopes that this process was going to be easy. But this has been EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I placed my order 6/26/17 and received tracking information on 6/29/17 stating my package will be delivered from DHL on 7/17/17. I have yet to receive my delivery and dealing with customer service agent Kate has been a nightmare. Given the fact that I deal with International/Domestic shipping on a daily basis, I know if a courier states a day of expected delivery, it is supposed to arrive on that specific day or a day after. It is now 8 days later and no information has been updated. Which basically means my order was lost in transit somewhere along the way. I was asked to verify my shipping address which I did with screenshots (yesterday). After doing so, just this morning I am still told to just wait because it continue to say "in transit" (the same exact message since 7/15/17). You would think, instead of frustrating a customer even further, they would simply expedite another order. I will never deal with this company again and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.
Through Groupon, I ordered a mink soft 50" x 60" blanket with pictures that I was adding to the blanket. I had trouble for a few weeks and finally got around to getting a hold of Jeremy at Printerpix. He solved all of my issues within a couple emails and worked hard on his end to get my blanket put together properly for me. His communication was phenomenal!. The blanket is super Duper soft as the layout Jeremy did of the pictures is wonderful. Thank you for all your help Jeremy!
Not worth the time for the review, so short: tried to create two photobooks. Online Designer couldnt save. No help from the english Support, i am german.
Never again, at best dont even try.
I have had over 200 books printed by Printerpix and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the products. I would highly recommend Printerpix whether you are printing one or a hundred books.
Bought a Groupon but when it came to the shipping address I was unable to change it from the billing address. Emailed customer service and no response and I called and they said they could help me. The photos sent to he billing address and I was unable to receive them. All I need was customer service to actually be a service to customers and help me but they did not so I spent 22 dollars on nothing because I was unable to receive the package.
I ordered 2- 16x20 metal prints. They took over a month to arrive. The prints are flat and colorless... not even close to my original high quality photo that I sent in. I'm so disappointed, because I thought long and hard about this purchase... one to be displayed in my entry way and one was going to be a gift. I have contacted printerpix twice, with no response, from them.
I purchased a Groupon like so many people on here, I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing. I purchased a Groupon for 10 Majic late mugs. The website is ridiculous! You upload your pics, arrange them in the format, then when your finished and attempting to put it in the cart you get an error message and have to redo the whole process! Several attempts for each mug! I have never been so frustrated on any web site! Then to add insult to injury I received the mugs a couple of days ago, none of the mugs were labeled. These were all different and some are gifts. Now I have to put hot water in each to figure out which was which! And FYI shipping cost was ridiculous! Never again!

Once writing this review i was quickly contacted by printerpix in an attempt to correct their error which was much appreciated, however their attempt to correct the error resulted in them shipping the same quality product. Please be aware if you have a vibrant picture to print on metal that it will not show up as vibrant or clear, it shows up dull and grayed out. The original associate that i contacted with the matter was difficult and slow to respond, Jeremy however did try his best. We ended up paying shutterfly for a print and it was perfect.

You have shipped and created an unacceptable product. The requests for pictures of your poor quality product cannot do it justice. This is the last time I will go out of my way to show you how poor this product is. I do not want another product from your company, I have seen enough of what you can offer and in regards to the customer service, I can see how your consistent in providing poor quality and service all around. This product was initially ordered to be hung in our household, however, due to its such poor quality I would not even want to insult my trash can by throwing your product away. The product is dull, gray, lacking color and vibrancy, it is almost see through in some aspects. The metal it is printed on is thin, flimsy, and as if you flattened an aluminum can to make it your canvas. I have attached comparisons of your work with the original photo, and if you cannot see the defects then I can no longer take a picture of a picture to help you see how terrible this product is. Please return payment for this awful product.
Like others, I used a Groupon and was charged more for shipping than the price of the Groupon. The software was so difficult to use that I almost gave up, but was adamant about getting it done. This was a month ago. The blankets are still in the initial phase meaning they got the order, but haven't started on it. I will NEVER use them again and will also never use Groupon again if this is the kind of business they support.
I purchased Groupon for two large blankets. By the time I figured out how to use their very difficult antiquated software, my Groupon was about to expire. I spent hours on these blankets. I got them done though... proofed each blanket and then had my daughter proof each blanket. They were as perfect as the website would allow. I spent a tremendous amount on shipping. Total cost per blanket with Groupon was about $30 each. When I finally received them, they were very thin and one blanket had one picture printed upside down and extremely enlarged. This picture was not like that when submitted to shopping cart. I believe their outdated software did this. It ruined the blanket - a gift. I emailed Customer Service, Daniel, who was not helpful and argued about it as if I purposely put one upside down picture on my blanket. They will not do anything about. I learned my lesson... never again will I use PrinterPix and Groupon is losing my respect as well as they don't stand behind their Groupon like they used to.
The application tool is terrible, clumsy and doesn't even work properly most of the time. Customer service takes 20min to respond in online chat and days over email. The phones don't work, so you can never reach them by phone. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
I had a Groupon I was only to pay $ 29.99 (shipping) for 2 blankets. I was charged $249.88. I was told it would take 5 to 7 days after a lengthy phone conversation a week later when I inquired where my money was they told me it would be 10 - 15 business days I have sent numerous texts I have no refund and no blankets

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
