I placed an order on 08/08, and nearly 1 month later I still haven't received my order... and I was dumb enough to pay for expedited shipping. I also haven't received an update on my order, nor have they answered my email. Sadly, I placed my order before reading similar reviews.
Ordered two blankets as they had a special on Groupon. Paid for expedited shipment but two weeks went by and my ordered wasn't even shipped. After I asked for a refund on the expedited order I called back since I hadn't received it and they said it takes two weeks for approval of my refund. Every time she call I wait over 10 minutes. Customer service is horrible. I haven't even received a confirmation email saying my item has been shipped. Every time I call they lie and tell me it's in the last stages and being shipped. They refuse to transfer you to a manager and won't give you their last names. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They need to be reported and have no business dealing with customers.
This company is awful. My pictures are close to professional and I have lots of prints made so I know what to expect. The pictures they sent me were dark, and I have had that same picture printed before and it is beutiful. But worst of all one of the pictures came with a dent in the metal. I immediately emailed them and the first email was on July 17,2017. It is now August 31,2017 and even though I have emailed four times now, they have NEVER responded. This company is a 0 Star company.
This company is by far the worst print company I have ever dealt with. I bought a Groupon and proceeded to order It took almost 4 weeks to get my order and I had paid for mounts to hang for prints. Well the mounts didn't come in box and have been fighting for two weeks to get them. Each time I call is apologies and apologies and I have to look into that and I don"t know and couldn't even tell me if they were shipped two weeks ago. "Well it escalated to operations but I don"t know if it shipped" They talk with a heavy asian accent and hard to understand. All they do is apologize with no definitive answers as to where product is or what they going to do for you. I will never do business with this company again. The prints aren't that great either, they are dark and not very good quality metal that they print on.
People who answer the phone ALL have heavy accents and very difficult to understand. Ergo, cannot explain theirvpixel issues. They con you with a groupon coupon only to find your photos are unacceptable to print. Their sight is dreadfully difficult to "navigate" and they do not ask for your coupon info when you cjeck out. Therefore your coupon is not honored. NEVER will I use this company again.
Printerpix resolved a recent issue. They reached out to me and had a way to resolve the downloading of my photos. Helen ( customer support lead) was awesome to work with. I use this company all the time as the products they produce are excellent.

My blanket turned out way to dark and I recived a baby sized blanket. I'm never buying from PrinterPix ever again and I suggest that you shouldn't either.
I ordered a metal print on August 8. After 10 days, I sent an email requesting information on ship dates. No one ever returned my email. On August 22 I got a form email stating it had shipped. I got it on August 23, pretty good shipping response. When I opened it I was so disappointed. My picture, which is a landscape picture with beautiful blue skies, was so dark I could hardly make out the mountains/ridges. The sky is almost a dark gray color. The images of the clouds are all blurred together with little definition. I know it is not my camera as I have a Nikon and the image size was about 24 pixels. In addition, the entire image looks to have a strange reflective haze on it. Near the edges, the image is blurred out, like they printed it and then cut it. The edges are incredibly rough as well. Just poor quality. When I contacted regarding this on their online chat, no one replied. I sat for almost 30 minutes waiting. So then, I called. No one ever answered... It is awesome I paid for this terrible service and now no chance I could ever get a refund because I cannot get a hold of anyone!
Cant even purchase anything because their website is offline... thank goodness it is because i stumbled all of the bad reviews... ill skip on printerpix and shop someplace else!
Their shipping charges are ridiculous. They mounted my canvas incorrectly cutting off feet. I asked that it be replaced and they charged $25 shipping to reprint the canvas.
I agree: shame on you Groupon for doing business with them.
Awful awful awful. I usually know better but thought it would make a cute gift for my brother's dog. You have to use a desktop to use the voucher - warning #1. You have to register, you have unreasonable shipping charges to pay. I'd rather part with the $6 living social voucher then give them an additional $15 to ship a $5 blanket. This is a scam and should be looked into. Shame on you Living Social and Groupon for promoting. Since there was only a 4 day window to recoup initial payment - someone is making money by doing absolutely nothing.
I ordered a blanket and received my package about a month after placing the order. They had packaged the wrong blanket in the box, so now I have a blanket with someone else's face on it. I am still trying to no result to get ahold of their customer service a week later.
I finished a book on Jan. 22nd. When I put it in my cart, the pages became blank - at least 15 hours of work. I called the company - 53min hold - to be told that IT would have it fixed in 72 hours. One week later I called again and was told to please redo my project. Started the new project. When I was almost finished the pictures would not load. E-mailed printerpix several times only to get a response that they were sorry but could I kindly re-do my project. I still can not order my book and it's March 25th.
I purchased a Groupon and even with the discount I am still very disappointed with this service. I placed my order on July 24th and was supposed to have received the items I ordered within 14 days, this time frame was provided by PriterPix customer service phone rep and time has since past.
Its now Aug 15th and my order is still in production based on company's website. Printerpix customer service is not able to tell me when or if my product will ever ship. I was told if the items ship they will expedite the shipment. I continued to push to know when it will ship and more than once the response was, "I am not production, I dont know".
I will never use this service again and will post bad review on any review board or forum as well as spread negative word of mouth.
I ordered a blanket and a canvas. I haven't received my products yet. I have called over 50 times and at least 85 emails that one person has gotten back to me they absolutely had no problem taking my money I'm out a lot of money I would never order from this company or recommend them to anyone
Very dissapointed in this company. The initial order for my gift was placed on July 9,2017. Finally I got a package, however it was someone else's blanket. It has photos of a baby with a family instead of me and my boyfriend. I had sent a message to the company through their complaint email and another on Aug 9,2017. I have never heard back from them. I am currently on hold, and have been for the past 10 minutes with them. If anyone has recieved my blanket, please let me know. Hope this was useful.
I placed an order through Walmart.com. I got an email from Walmart saying shipped. I thought that was weird, since I had not uploaded the pictures yet, and it was weird that when I ordered them through Walmart, that in the same process I did not upload them, yet got an email saying "shipped." I then got an email later from Printerpix saying here are your vouchers, please upload the pictures and place your order, which I did taking 3 hours because Printerpix site is very user unfriendly. I called Walmart today asking when my order will arrive, and they said in two days. I called the company Printerpix to confirm, and they said I never uploaded the pictures and used the vouchers so no order has been placed. I called Walmart back, and said give me my money back I am done, and instead of just getting my money back instantly, LIKE Amazon, they are escalating it and I should get notice in 48 hours IF I get a refund. Calling American Express now to dispute charge.
I ordered and the print came back the wrong size and poorly constructed. However, after contacting the company, the re-did the print and it looked great. Thank you
I kid you not. I spent over 16-20 hours on a 5o page photobook. It took so long because I used different frames on each picture, lengthy texts, subtitled and named the persons in each picture, clip art and intricate page designs for my photo arrangements. The problem was that I created a 50 page 8x8 photo finish book and needed a 50 page 8x8 leather debossed book. Simple huh. Just change the cover - right.
Day 1 A.M.- Indian person in India tells me that they can not change the cover. I had to redo the entire project. He was very sorry though. When asked for a manager he stated the manager was on the phone and would call me back later that day.
DAY 1 P.M. - Indian accented person tells me that there is no manager at that facility but he would be happy to take my name and email address to have one call me. He too was sorry for the inconvenience.
DAY 2 A.M.- Indian accented person reiterated that he was very sorry but I had to start the entire project over. They could not change the cover nor add an additional leather cover to the existing book. The manger was on the phone at that time but he would take my name and email and one would call me back within 24 hours.
DAY 2 P.M. - The Indian accented person understood why I was shouting and cursing and was very sorry I was unhappy, but there was nothing they could do. I could only restart the project. He too would be happy to take my name and number and have a manager call me back. After 40 minutes of me insisting that I speak with the non-existing managers's manger, he hung up on me.
DAY 3 mid-day - The manager was still in a meeting but he would be happy to take my name and email address to have them call me back. He was not allowed to give the manager's supervisor's contact information. He was sorry that no one had contacted me in 3 days, BUT he gave me his word that he would personally assure that someone would call me back.
DAY 6 - I am still waiting on a return call. I'm about to call them again.
Did not send goods when promised, told me lies in live chat and refunds take forever and all I got was a lame apology
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
