Horrible!

I also ordered with a groupon, even at that it was not worth the price paid! I received the wrong blanket ~ which can't even be called a blanket, it's a thin piece of cloth ~ junk, garbage. Do not order from these people, I have called customer service four times just to be on hold to static for 30 minutes with the occasional "are you still there" recording. Finally giving up each time, I have emailed twice, sending pics of the so called blanket I received, no answers there either

Made a picture blanket and used a groupon code, few weeks later so excited to get my blanket and it's someone elses! Tried calling and emailing but nothing. Contacted groupon and they gave me a partial refund via groupon bucks. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction what stress this has been.

Worst Company Ever!

I would give a zero if I could. This company is a scam! Don't buy anything from them. They sent me the wrong order, I cancelled my order and was told I would be given a refund because after a month and a half they still could not get it right. I called after almost 3 weeks looking for my refund and was told it was rejected because we sent your order out after 2 months! A bunch of scam artist!

I purchased a Printerpix deal, my item total was $48, and shipping exceeded $50 for 7 lightweight items. I contacted Printerpix first via email and on numerous occasions, via phone. The wait, each time, in excess of 20 minutes, with no resolve. Repeatedly told person in charge would return call (I even gave a callback time frame), and, to date, have not received any follow through/resolution on the issue. I was told that person in charge would reduce shipping charges, but no related action to date. Too, the coupon expired on 3/11/17. They have my coupon purchase, I got nothing.

You need to get better phone service I was on hold for 12 min. 1st time then was cut off re dialed. Again now on phone 12'min. Toll free line not working contacted Groupon they forwarded an email to printerpix regarding problem also Groupon says sold out for item bought... and live at printerpix let's chat. Sends you to different area no chat available... very poor website... please get your act together. This is very frustrating..

Mink Touch Blanket

The company advertises a blanket that fits across a full size bed, what they delivered was a piece of material that might fit over a pillow. Very unsatisfied with the product received. Also, the company says the product will be delivered within 2-3 weeks and it just arrived 5 weeks later. I tried calling the company and was on hold for 25 minutes before anyone would answer and they do not respond to emails.

I was happy to find metal prints on Groupon and decided to give this company a try. Their advertisements looked great so I ordered 3 sets of metal prints. Metal prints in general have a color saturation beyond the original image. They do not reflect like a mirror. These metal prints had negative saturation and one can hardly see the image due to the reflective nature of their metal. I am trying to work with them and I will come back to this review to let you know if they improved their quality any. Until then, do not use this company.

I purchased a Groupon for a "print on stone" from them. I believe I had used them in the past for another item. I was excited that the Groupon gave me "86% off" but like some other companies that live on Groupon PinterPix seems to have adopted several tricks to get your order total up that you MUST be vigilant of. First, they charge insane shipping on your discounted item. I had to pay $12.95 in shipping to ship one small 6" x 8" item. I ship merchandise... they pocketed at least half of that as profit. Even more troubling, as you checkout the site automatically adds an extra $5.99 for a "stylish wood stand" you don't want but have to actually uncheck so it doesn't end up in your cart. Then it doesn't ask if you want to buy a photobook or a couple other of their products, it has several already checked off to "add to your cart". You must read each page as it tries to force add ons into your card (like a second of what I was buying at a discount... which I didn't want). My cart was full of merchandise I never wanted but I had to page back and learn how to remove the stuff they were adding on their own to my order. Bottom line, when a company needs to be sneaky like that to get your order total up they are either underhanded in their business practices or VERY desperate for non-discounted business so they are selling Groupons to get people to the site and then trying to trick people. Neither is good. Buy but buy with great caution to make sure you are getting a deal.

Don't do it!

Its not even worth 1 (star) I wanted to create a blanket for my sister with her mothers photo. She passed and I thought it would be a great gift. Nightmare, it was simple paying for it on Groupons but to upload any photos you have to have a flash drive... just information that was not given to me prior to purchase. In trying to get help I was on hold between 23 to 30 minutes/ 4 times. Because they would hang up on you if they didn't have the answer.

DON'T DO IT!

SINCERLY NEVER AGAIN!

Tiny blanket

I guess I should have paid attention to the measurements a little better... I got mine through the groupon deal. I was expecting a blanket... It was a thin small cloth rather than a blanket. Had I paid retail price $79.99 I would have been TICKED. It is not worth that at all.

They had a great sale and I was about to place an order for some metal prints. Then the web server crashed. The sale was about to expire in 3 hours. I tried several times and the same thing. So I tried emailing them, chatting online. No reply to 2 emails and a several chat sessions. Can you imagine if you bought something from them and you needed to contact customer service? I can't believe they run a business. Most of the reviews are one star.

This has been the worst experience ive had ordering something online. You receive no updates. They said they were out of stock after i ordered it and i had no choice to upgrade it. Then a rep gave me a false tracking number and i realize it wasnt mine after i noticed order was in NJ when the place is here in florida and i live in Florida. I requested to get a call from a supervisor and i have yet 4 days later received a call. Please do yourself a favor do not waste your time with this place not worth your money or your time. I gave this a one because i could give it a 0

Appalling company

I purchased 2 calendars with 5 pages missing and despite uploading photos as requested, received no support. I stupidly gave them a second chance as purchased an offer on Groupon and purchased a photo book. After around 8 hours of uploading photos it wouldn't save and I lost everything I had done. Additionally all photos on my iPhone were described as poor quality with large exclaimation marks on them. Avoid at all costs and do not use this company. Would have given 0 stars if I could

This company is the worst! I placed a order of 3 blankets and was charged $14.99 each for shipping. TheA few days later they tell me they are all out of the size I request but for $7.99 more each I can get a bigger one sent sooner. I call the horrible customer service number and the person on the other end was of no help at all. She redirects me back to the web site. BBB has a "F" rating and I clearly understand why!

I ordered 2 photo books. One on 1/20/17, the other on 1/28/17. Printerpix posted on there site that any orders received by 2/7/17 would be received by Valentines day. I have yet to receive either book. The one ordered on 1/28/17 is on the way. The one ordered 1/20/17 is at 50% per their site. When I contacted them a couples days ago and questioned why my second order was finished before my first order, I got told that they would expedite my order. Could not find out why they are doing newer orders before older orders. I buy a lot of photo albums. I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order for 7 puzzles total on December 1,2016 plenty of time to make for great Christmas gifts. I received the biggest puzzle around Christmas and the other 6 way after. PrinterPix upgraded me to wooden as an apology for the delay... however, only 2 of the 6 were actually as I submitted them and one of those were broken. The other 4 puzzles were uncentered or cropped out the heads of the people pictured. I have sent four emails and called six times now trying to resolve this issue/fault/frustration but I have only had one email response that was automated and one customer service representative actually pickup but dropped my call in the middle of me speaking. Every time I called and was on hold it would automatically hang up on me again. I even tried the live chat and the guy logged off faster then he logged in. I have spent a lot of money on these puzzles, waited over 3 months now and tried everything I can to make this right in that span of time. No one has helped me within PrinterPix. I am disappointed and not sure what else to do. I have sent picture proof, order numbers, etc. And still nothing. I feel out of not just the money, but the joy that the gifts would have brought my loved ones. Education truly is expensive.

I initially gave them a satisfactory review on BBB for my first book order but now can't get their attention for a problem with a book I waited a long to get. They actually printed another customer's wedding photo on a book that I did for a friend containing her family pictures. Hey newlyweds - great photo - but I don't know you and I bet you don't know that PrinterPix put you on the cover of my book! I should not have to go through the bother to return this item, which is useless to anyone. They should just do the right thing. Send me the right book with my cover and be done with it. The book is still in their system so they can't use that as a reason not to re-do it. Absolutely terrible.
