Printerpix is horrible! Do not order from here. First, my order took one month to arrive and then it arrived unusable. Somehow the Baby Shower invitation I created and submitted altered in size and looked terrible when it was printed. The wording was somehow expanded and ended up crossing another image making it look like the date was crossed out. When I called to have my order fixed they said I submitted it that way. I absolutely did not and have a picture to prove it, but they would not hear of it. Printerpix would not help me in any way by correcting the issue or refunding me.
The blanket is described as "plush mink". Retailing at $109.95. No way is that reasonable! I got a deal on Groupon for much less so I cant complain too much on that price/offer. But if I had paid $1 more, I would be furious due to quality. It IS soft, but as thin as a tshirt. The description gives impression it would be thick / plush. Very disappointed after being so excited to receive. The quality is cheesy.
I ordered a 10 mug special via Groupon and I have yet to receive them. I wish I never seen them and shipping is the trick because they charged me just as much money through shipping that they would charge me per mug. I am so disappointed. I wish I had Google for reviews prior to patronizing. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LOSERS!
At this point I'm too exhausted with them to retell my whole experience here. I came on this site too late (wish I'd known before wasting so much time on what I thought would be a cherished family photo book) I just saw all these other reviews when I felt the need to warn others against using this company. The many stories below seem to cover it. STAY FAR AWAY
Purchased a photo book voucher via Groupon. Was stuck on printerpix site which was proving unworkable. Then I saw the reviews on sitejabber. Went straight to Groupon and they issued a full refund immediately I mentioned printerpix, so they obviously have got the message.
I order 2 Magic Mug in December for my dad and father in law before Christmas... how the heck is it delivered 2 months later? I spoke to several persons in regards to my order, heard the same line all that time... will never recommend anyone to use this website.
Bought a groupon. Website not working. Been on hold for 24 minutes for customer services. Looks like all reviews are terrible. Hopefully Groupon will refund me.
I purchased and created 3 calendars for Christmas gifts. When they arrived, the metal spiral holding them together was already coming apart. Pages were tearing and falling off. Very, very poor quality. They didi replace the one I made for myself and it arrived all bent up. Very disappointed for all the time and effort I put into making them.
Recieved as a gift a blanket with a big hole in it! Pics cut off heads and entire persons. Went through all steps of sending pics of damage, followup texts stating that replacement blanket would be sent out within 7 days... Nothing! Called and called and seems as if my number is now blocked. The replacement order is NOT even listed on the account so can track the replacement... account looks as if everything went great but... now were totally blocked from any followup calls. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... it is a FRAUD company!
10 custom print Coffee mugs ordered on 12/19/17. Package was lost by fedex (have proof) but somehow marked as delivered. Printerpix supposedly started another batch but I have yet to receive items. Groupon has issued refund. I am unable to get in contact (email/chat/phone) with Printerpix after being told a "supervisor" would call me back, which never happened. Complaint filed with Paypal, crossing my fingers and hopefully I get my shipping fee back. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
This company has the absolute customer service... ever... DO NO EVEN THINK about purchasing from this company. I think they are set up to scam you!
Do not try to contact them at your lunch break. No matter how long it is, you are not going to make it. On your luckiest day it will take 45 min for someone to answer the phone. And then what? No help. Someone from somewhere in this world will answer the phone and will speak English, but you will not understand a word. All you get is standard BS we are doing our best, but no promises. Shipping charges are at least double of your original order. The softer was a pain on the $#*!... maybe just for me... I don't know. I spent so much time on it that eventually just clicked the submit button just to get rid of it. I have not received my order yet, but I am not counting on miracles. I better order something else for this Valentine's day, if I want to live... together with my wife I meant.
I ordered a sherpa blanket with a voucher, the end of December. There was some question as to the quality when I placed the order but after contacting them, I was assured it would be fine. It showed up 2 weeks later, cut unevenly, pictures crooked or half cut off. Emailed to complain (you might as well know it will take some time of sleuthing to find this, as their links on the contact us don't work) and after having to send photos and whatnot, I was assured a new blanket would be on it's way. Needless to say, here we are 3 weeks later and no blanket. I contacted them with chat last week and was told there would be a rush put on it. Yesterday, after 45 mins of chat (mostly waiting for a reply), I was told it was still in process. At that point I asked for a refund. They offered 1/2 of the shipping (I don't think so). Stay away from these people. There are much better companies out there who can do the same thing. If I had read all these reviews before I purchased the voucher, I would have never done business with them.
BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 12 10x10 Canvas prints.
They over charge for shipping, It takes a long time to receive your order. The product is poor quality. The Canvases I ordered were wrapped poorly, some crooked or poorly attached. The website said the pictures I used were excellent quality yet most of them came out either dark or blurry. Poor Customer service: I emailed the company with a complaint and have not heard back from them.
I will never use this company again or reccomend them to anyone. I am out my money and stuck with a poor quality product which I will be throwing out and reordering else where.
Got a voucher from Groupon for mink blankets. Placed the order online, but the system never gave the confirmation # that signifies the order has gone through. The thinking wheel kept spinning for a long time. Decided to get out and didn't want to wait for the wheel to stop to provide confirmation #. Figured that there is system error; so I got out and went to sleep. Next thing I know were 3 emails saying 3 orders will be shipped soon. Immediately contacted the sales dept via email and spoke to the customer service who was supposed to get back to me but never did. No reply from anyone whatsoever. The total charges were abt $400 when I only wanted to use the voucher to get my 2 blankets and pay for their shipping charges of $29.99. I was astonished why those people don't have common sense- why would I want to order so many same blankets and why would I want to pay regular price of abt $125 when I can get it for abt $15 + $15 shipping fee each. Seems like lack of communication between themselves. Received the 2 unwanted packages and now I have to make a trip to return them. Very disappointed on how they handle their mistake and how their customer service is- no one takes ownership of fixing the issue.
Overpriced, high shipping charges, terrible customer service. Product quality is average. I would never recommend never recommend this company. If you have any issues with them at all if will take you weeks (if ever) to get resolved.
DO NOT Place an order with this company! They are terrible! I placed an order with Printerpix on 12/29/17, it is now 2/4/18 and I have still not received my order I have emailed them more than five times asking about my order. They will not give me a delivery date and they will not compensate me for time lost. Now that Im reading these reviews I dont know if I will ever get my order. Do not use this company!
I wish I would have read these reviews as well before placing my order. I'm writing this while on hold for the 3rd time of over 30 minutes wanting to know where my order is that I placed back in Nov. 2017. It's been nothing but a hassle after all the work I put into making a really great photo book as a Christmas gift. Go elsewhere for your printing needs!
I ordered three photo blankets, two turned out okay but the third was horribly misprinted (literally by 2 inches which caused the grandchildren's heads on one side to be cut half way off) and the blanket wasn't even sewn strait. I called to request a replacement as this was to be a Christmas gift and the quality was unacceptable. After SEVERAL attempts and excuses of "we never received your email" (even though an automated reply was generated with all of my countless requests) I finally spoke to a "manager" who agreed that the quality was unacceptable and issued a replacement with "rush delivery" so I could receive it by Christmas... this was over 8 weeks ago. Every time I call I have to hold for a ridiculously long time and am constantly told that my request is still "under review" I've requested to speak higher up management and been told I'd receive a call back within 24 hours... weeks later nothing. Don't waste your time and money.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
