My fault for not reading reviews first, but I trusted that Groupon would have vetted their offers first. Won't do that again. Voucer would not work. PrinterPix customer service never answered emails, I was on hold twice for over 30 minutes and gave up calling. Tried to go through Groupon for help, then just asked for a refund, which they would not do. After 3 weeks, tried again one more time before just calling it a loss, and it went through, so ordered. Got an email last Thursday that it was shipped, with a FedEx link, which almost a week later still doesn't work so no idea if shipped or not. Site just says left warehouse, no shipping info. Still have dumb hope the items will arrive undamaged and what I ordered, but after reading these reviews, I doubt it. Do NOT use this company.
I placed an order and it came damaged. I have been waiting 4 months for it now. They finally sent me the wrong order and now they do not believe me and won't send me the correct order. Do not give them your money. They will just steal it. Terrible customer service. I wish I read these reviews first.
They offered a coupon when I checked out. I got my order but not the coupon. At 1st they said they would send it but it didn't come and they quit responding. I contacted my bank and I sent them the emails showing that I was trying to resolve the issue and they were not assisting me. My bank refunded the money. If you paid with a credit/debit card contact them to get your money refunded.If they start loosing too much money they might get their act together. Shame on Groupon for continuing to do business with them.
I only gave one star because there is not an option to give zero. I'd been waiting for 3 months for 5 photo books that I ordered (one was supposed to be a christmas present- and today is March 12). Oh but today was my lucky day! My package arrived! Only I received someone else's book, and the ones that were mine had someone else's text on the pages. So now I assume my missing book containing my memories and personal photos are in the possession of a stranger somewhere in the world. I've had many interactions, received 2 emails with "your order has shipped" but then the provided tracking number yielded "no results". My favorite was when I had trouble entering text, so I called customer service and she says "oh it doesn't work. You can dictate to me and I'll enter it for you." That's just absurd. I've been happy with Collage.com if you are still looking but do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from Printerpix. I think the CEO is 12.
No, I'm not having a baby. I am waiting for my order from PrinterPix! NINE MONTHS! I will send them an angry email every few weeks just to see what happens and each time a different customer service person gives me a canned response about how sorry they are and they are prioritizing the order. But it never arrives and they never have any news. I don't expect to get my product or get my money back after reading the other reviews. I just hope that my review and everyone else's review keep someone from placing an order with this shady company and their horrible products. And they keep sending me junk email asking me to buy more stuff! HA! NO WAY! DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTERPIX! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
I ordered 2 blankets from PrinterPix and one showed up completely wrong. I spent over a year trying to get the other blanket I paid for. OVER A YEAR! I have multiple emails from them promising they will send it. Each time with a different customer rep and each time they gave a canned response about how sorry they were and swearing they were going to prioritize my order. But it never arrived. Finally they asked me to redo my order because they lost it and don't have the images for my blanket. Uh. NO! I just gave up. I will never get my blanket and I will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. And I HIGHLY recommend you don't either!
I placed an order on 2/22/18 with the hopes that I'll get it by 3/8 and today is March 8th and still nothing. When contacted the company they said that it usually takes 7-14 days to receive the order and there's still time. Extremely unprofessional and they are a lot of other great company out there. I will never shop again and will definitely not buy again from this site.
Ordered blankets from Christmas and was sent donebodybrlses picture blankets 3 months later received duplicate of 1 blanket but not the other. Customer service is the worst will never go business with again.
I placed an order with them in early November of 2017. I got my blanket and 3-4 of the pictures the faces and heads were cut off, however when I submitted the job everything was good and they verified that. They printed it again and same thing so they told me to place a new order so I did and I moved the photos to different location on the blanket and now different pictures on different spots of the blanket were cut off. They had me place a new order and move pictures around again same thing happened. This was a Christmas gift for my parents and I still don't have it and it is March 5,2018. I have talked to customer service talked to Customer service a dozen times or more through this whole process including 2 supervisors and have also emailed them that I want a call from one of the top executives to get this resolved and they say that can't happen and that they will walk it over to production. I have been waiting to receive my last reprint of the blanket for 3 weeks now and they aren't doing any thing about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!
I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. I wont rehash my experience but read all of these 1 star reviews and believe them because every single one of them has happened to me! Do NOT use this company! I still have not received my replacement items!
I'm trying to get my money back or place an order ( I bought it from groupon). They refused to answer my question and e-mail. On top of that, there is a bunch of customers having issue with their orders. Very bad customer service and communication.
I ordered 3 photo books from PrinterPix on 1/14/18. One book shipped withing a a couple weeks but is not printed properly and damaged in shipping. The remaining two books have been listed as "In Production" ever since then.
It has now been over a month and half and all attempts to have my items shipped or have the order cancelled have been met with a repeated "wait another week". I have been told this now for 3 weeks with no resolve. Attempts from the BBB have also failed as they get no response from the company also. The only response I get is a canned e-mail/twitter/chat response saying they are sorry and to wait another week.
I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office already and a call to the Lake Mary Police department will be next.
I ordered a Photo Blanket w/ pictures of my almost 2 year old son for my wife to arrive by Christmas 2017. I ordered it on December 1,2017. It arrived by December 12,2017. It looked better than expected, at first, then I had noticed the photos were crooked and didn't take up the full space of the blanket. When my mother-in-law called back, we were assured the blanket would arrive by Christmas... well... it DID NOT! What should have taken a week FINALLY just arrived at my mother-in-laws home TODAY, MARCH 3,2018!
My mother-in-law, when she spoke with a representative named, Eugene, back in December, he assured her everything was being taken care of and that the blanket had been Expedited and then his Supervisor said it would arrive in 7-10 business days.
Now, my math may be off, BUT I AM QUITE CERTAIN that 7-10 business days later than December 12,2017 DOES NOT MEAN ARRIVING ON... Saturday, March 3,2018 (Almost 3 Months).
I've worked in Customer Service before, and I'm sorry, this company DOES NOT put the customer first, if they did, we would have received better results. Now, don't get me wrong, the product this time Looks Great BUT if you're on a timeline and want to get a gift for someone and you are taking a look at ordering from this company, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST IT. The likeliness your order arrives in the time you expect w/ the Quality you would expect seems slim.

I bought it without looking up any reviews... and regret it! That was couple weeks ago and I am still waiting for my order! Worst experience ever!
Like other reviews say. Printerpix is a SCAM and fraud! I believe that is the only purpose they are in business!
Got another first time deal on groupon through Canvas on sale. I recommend this one. I'm happy with the results.
One more thing I can recommend for sure is SHUTTERFLY. You will love it!
They will sell you invalid vouchers through groupon. When we use it, it will not work. Their chat box, email, telephone will just let you wait forever. Avoid this scam
I ordered a photo book to give to my parents on their 50th wedding anniversary. I gathered all their photos from their wedding in 1968, and paid a lot of money to have those negatives turned into digital files. Only then, I was able to create this album which I was going to take to Chile...
This was a month ago and guess what... my order is still not in sight. I have talked to 3 customer service people, escalated a complain, chat with another one online... all I have gotten are excuses and lies.
First they said they had mistakenly sent my order the hub in the UK, then the status of my order change to red, reading "your order has failed our quality assurance and needs to be reprinted"... no timelines, no apologies, nothing!
Last week I was promised that my order would be in my hands as of yesterday... guess what... yeap, you guessed it, STILL NOT HERE!
Today they said that it's been printed but takes 3 days to process, so I asked if I could change shipping address to Fla, since I am leaving tomorrow and will be there for a week before heading to Chile... guess what, they said they can't... really? Seriously?, you really messed up here and you are not willing to do anything at all to make it better?! Oh wait, maybe I'm lying, they said that if manager approves, they would refund my shipping charge of $7. If you only knew what I wanted to tell him to do with those $7... yes, you probably guessed right again, yet I didn't say it out loud (maybe I should have had).
I had placed different order with Shutterfly 2 weeks after I placed this one, guess what, I got that one last week! If I only knew how bad this company was, or at least if they were honest with their turnaround so I could have sent this order for my parents to make it through shutterfly too... I hope nobody else ever orders from them and they get thrown out of business!
So save yourself some time and $ and take your business somewhere else, this company Is not worth it.
The site is difficult to use (ordered picture blanket through groupon)... when i complete my personal picture blanket and attempt to "purchase" and ship i always get an error message... so i have repeatedly called printer pix and get the same phone message... to wait for available representative, which has never happened as the call is always disconnected without ever speaking to a rep. So i asked Groupon for their assistance, and they get the same error message and NO answer from the people at printer pix... i paid for a product that the company makes impossible to receive. This is crappy business. I am seeking a refund from Groupon, and am hoping they will back the products they sell so i dont have to give them a crappy review as well.
My experience with this company was terrible. They don't tell you that you will be paying more for shipping then you paid for the Groupon & what I purchased was 2 faux mink blankets however they arrived smaller than a bath towel & a really thin cheap material & the picture that I put on both of them was cut off at the top of one & on the side & bottom of the other one & was completely crooked. They have 557 Better Business Bureau complaints I wish I wouldve read those before making a purchase.
I was given a Groupon for a photo book from this website for Christmas. I have used several of these types of websites over the years and I've always had good experiences. However, this website is the absolute worst. As I sit here I have not even completed my album or received the finished product. I have been working on it for hours and have two pages of my album done because the interface is so slow and so user-unfriendly. At this point I'm going to throw the Groupon voucher in the trash.
I purchased the medium sized blanket for $40. I originally bought it because I was going to receive a discount for $8, thanks to Groupon. Suddenly the purchase was made and I couldnt undo it. I called Groupon and they said I had to bring the situation of to with Printerpix. So I did and I called the number and was on hold for over an hour (I know that because I was on hold during my whole break) I emailed you guys and finally got a response from a Vince Soloman. He told me everything will be fixed and kept constantly apologizing about the misunderstanding. Also that I would be receiving my refund in 7-14 days. I did not get any response back nor have I received my refund. I think print pix has HORRIBLE customer service. Also I received in my email that if I was satisfied with my help from Vince Soloman in which I said no I was not happy, and I still havent got any feedback on that either. I wont stop til I get a hold of someone who will help me
Do not use this company. Cannot contact them at all (via email, chat or phone) if there is any problem. Poor quality work as well.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
