I haven't received the product yet, so this is simply for Customer Service. I will most likely be repeating myself here, but here it is: Groupon voucher not being accepted. Contacted customer service and was advised to send proof through email. Took 6 days to get a reply back which made my order not fulfillable on time when I needed the product. Phone CS - 20-25 min hold, hang up, asked for expedited shipping or anything to help with getting it done sooner and got: sorry, not sorry, hang up
Better read the review first before even considering doing business with this piece of #### company. Cant find the right words to describe the way they handle customer service. They will intentionaly drop you when they know they cant solve or answer your inquiry about your order. If you wnat to ruin your day, please, call them and its a guarantee that they will! So please, stay away from PRINTERPIX or should I say PRINTER####!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, AMAZINGLY LONG WAITS TO GET THROUGH ON CALLS, THEN WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY DISCONNECT THE CALL. ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED TRYING TO GET AN ORDER MADE WELL BEFORE DECEMBER 25TH AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. HORRIBLE.
Run Away! Tried to order 3 photo slates for Christmas.
11/24/17 - tried to purchased 3 stone slates - recieved a coupon code for them.
12/2/17 - went back online and used the coupon code to order the 3 slates and realized they were now charging me an additional $20 shipping and handling on top of the price I already paid for the photo slates (doubled the price that I thought I was paying)
12/7/17 - received email there were technical issues, please re-order with these voucher codes emailed
12/8/17-Reordered the slates
12/19/17 - email that they can't deliver in time for Christmas; inventory delay
12/19/17- emailed customer service to see if the shipping address could be changed. Since I won't have them in time for Christmas when I see people, I will now have to pay again to ship them to the recipients in 3 different locations.
12/28/17 - received email response - form letter email with responses to FAQ - didn't respond to my question at all.
1/8/18 notification one order shipped
1/9/18 notification the other 2 orders shipped.
Over the course of about a week I received 2 packages and 1 piece of cardboard with a shipping label on it. The third package never arrived. Tried using the fed ex tracking number provided and it doesn't work. Now I'm trying to deal with printerpix to get my 3rd order. And I still have to mail my late Christmas gifts. Like I have nothing else to do.
Will never deal with these people again.
Had I read the reviews before I placed my order I wouldn't have placed an order. However I'm glad I did because I am so happy with the outcome and quick delivery! Maybe I'm one in a million but this blanket is so soft and the picture quality is much nicer than expected! Groupon really hooked me up!
Had to chase for a month, finally opened a case on PayPal which I'm sure is the only reason they finally sent my items to me. Awful customer service, you can't get through to anybody and they don't reply to emails. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered 2 custom blankets in Nov... they only shipped me one and to this day I still have not received the other ( that was supposed to be my mothers Christmas Present). I have spent hours on the phone with them, have sent numerous emails and have been told a Supervisor would call me back twice, but of course that never happened. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I got a groupon and i tried to redeem but it wouldnt let me, i been trying to call them and they kept me on hold for 50 mins. I decided to hang up and tried to chat with someone, his name was stanley. He ended up leaving the chat and never came back. I wasted money from them and never got my blanket plus horrible customer service and shipping is 14.99 which is ridiculous.
Terrible and useless company - please stay away.
I ordered a personalized puzzle and had to wait over 6 weeks for this to arrive. The puzzle had pieces missing and therefore I could not give the puzzle as a gift as intended.
I sent various messages which had no response and spent hours trying to speak to an advisor on live chat - 3 times I had them leave the chat as it was easier than dealing with my query.
Stay clear and do not use
Terrible job with our picture! The canvas was not stretched across the canvas so ripples showed, plus canvas is so thin you can see the inside lines of the frame through the canvas.
Dont waste your money. We have to pay to do it again elsewhere.
They wouldn't honor my groupon, for no known reason. I wasted a ton of time uploading AND that part wasn't easy either. "we only accept image files." i was uploading a jpg. I found a work around by going through dropbox... but all of this took way too much time and in the end they didn't accept my groupon! AHHHHH!
Ordered a blanket through this company. They sent it with no pictures. I called and asked why they sent me a blank blanket and they said it was my fault that it didn't save/upload pictures properly. I asked them to redo the blanket or refund me and they refused.
Books sent to me had the end pages completely or partially unglue causing binding to
Fall apart or end pages buckle and easily come unglued. After months of my trying to get replacements with no success, now they say they no longer have my project in their files and Id have to redo this project on which I had worked for about 40 hours for the original submission! The one replacement the did send was badly registered, had very poor color and paper quality, and uneven end pages/gluing register off center. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE ARE REALLY BAD!
Bought a 2 Metal Prints through Groupon, code doesnt work and no one has a clue.
Waited 30 minutes to speak with someone and all i was told was to call Groupon.
Poor service as they know the order that was placed and could have easily taken care of this. Look at all the other bad review before ordering! STAY AWAY!
I am convinced that I will never get the photo books. Forget about giving one for a gift; in spite of countless promises from PrinterPix my books are just not coming. So I have paid twice (contacting credit card company for that!) and wasted hours and hours for absolutely nothing.
HORRIBLE DISHONEST SHAM OF A COMPANY!
I submitted my order 11 days ago and it still is waiting to be printed! I have contacted the company several times (after hours of MY time, waiting for assistance and on hold), each time I was assured my order was being printed imminently and/or placed in "high priority".
Service is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I recommend you DO NOT waste your time!
I bought an advertised special - two photo books. I was sent a voucher via email. While creating my books, I found the site extremely slow and the graphics miniscule. It was difficult to even check if spelling was correct because it was so tiny I could not read it. But the BIGGEST issue:
When I went to check out, I could not get the site to accept the vouchers. I ended up paying again because I just wanted the books sent. One is a gift so I needed it to be processed and mailed. Now, more than 72 hours later, my project is still not being processed. I have tried to contact customer service several times only to wait over an hour on the phone, or be ignored and then disconnected after a 40 minute wait for "chat", and when I finally did reach someone, she was not at all helpful in getting my order processed. At this rate I am thinking my books will not reach me before January, which is when I need them.
REALLY BAD COMPANY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered five photo collage blankets with a groupon coupon and enjoyed making the blankets that arrived in good time. However, 4 of the 5 had printing defects: folds that created white spots, and printing too far left so that important content was cut off. I logged complaints and received the standard hopeful but useless reply that they will be sending new blankets. Now into the third month with regular correspondence that says they are escalating the request. Don't believe the warranty! Groupon won't intervene, and Printerpix website doesn't have real-time feedback for a good reason.
Absolute rubbish company. Avoid at all costs. I spent many hours making a photobook of my sons wedding and within a few weeks and only having shown it to a few people under careful conditions all the pages are coming away from the spine. I complained to the company and sent them photo's but after getting an automated e mail to say they will look into it they have marked it as solved when nothing has been done about it. I am very angry about this as I feel i have wasted not just the money I spent on th ebook but also the time I put in making it.
In November of 2017 I purchased 10 calendars for $34.99. Seemed too good to be true & as it turns out, I was right! After spending a lot of time downloading pictures for the calendars, the site kicked me out & I lost everything I had just downloaded. It hit me then, that this had happened before. So, then & there, I called the company & asked for a refund. A man, with a very thick accent, assured me that I would receive said refund. He said his name was "Shawn" (which I was suspicious about). This is January 12th, 2018 & I am STILL just receiving promises about this refund. I am FURIOUS & will NEVER use this company again & will contact every entity that I can think of to get my refund & let them know how dishonest this company is! Never, ever trust this company with your photo product needs! They will tell you what you want to hear, then NOT follow through! So, I am out $34.99 for now until I can figure out how to get them to give me my money back. THEFT is all this is & it began with the suspicious fellow named "Shawn".
I ORDERED ONE SIMPLE PHOTO MUG ON DEC 5,2017, IT IS NOW JAN 12,2018 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER OR EVEN A CONFIRMATION STATING THAT MY ITEM PURCHASED IS ON THE WAY. I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THREE DIFFERENT WEEKS AND RECEIVED EMAIL BACK STATING THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITH IN THAT WEEK. THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEM. IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH AND THIS IS RIDICILOUS.
I purchased a voucher from "Groupon.com" to use for "Printerpix.com", and in the decription it stated shipping included, but when I went to use my voucher with printerpix they told me that it was for a smaller size product and that shipping would be charged. NOT standard shipping but what they wanted to charge. They charged me with a higher shipping charge than what the standard was and still took longer to deleiver product than for the shipping amount was for. Tried to call several times NO ONE would answer phone. Ended up doing live chat in which I ended up having to chat with 3 different people and retype the questions to each one and still problem was not resolved. I will not buy from again!
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
