I bought a groupon item, then when I went to redeem, they charged my visa again. I called to complain and they said I bought two orders. Would not work with me to refund anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

WHAT A JOKE

I purchased a Groupon for PrinterPix. When I tried to redeem the certificate it said it has already been used 7 months earlier. This is impossible because I purchased it the same day I tried to redeem it. After waiting 45 minutes for a customer service agent at PrinterPix they asked me to send them a copy of the Groupon voucher and the email Groupon sent me, confirming my purchase date. I sent this within an hour and didn't hear back from PrinterPix. I sent the exact email daily for one week and never received a response. Today I heard back from PrinterPix (6 weeks later) and they said they showed the voucher had been redeemed back in May. So now we are back to square one! In the mean time I contacted Groupon and they refunded my credit card for the PrinterPix purchase. PrinterPix is a joke of a business!

The website sucks. It is near
The impossible to work on the website it will NOT load on a pc you have to use a mobile device... fight with each and every picture to get it in the right apostles take a proxy 6 hours per photo.
Payed for overnight shipping still took over a month to come.

I'm very dissatisfied with printer pix. I've had problems making books and blankets. It is not very user-friendly, and if you're not working on it during the weekday, there's no way to get help. I've also made a metal picture and it arrived dented. I called, live chatted and emailed about it - even emailing a picture of the dent. A month after I got it and with a lot of time invested, they promised to mail out another one. I hope to receive it soon, although I had to give the dented one as the present it was meant to be.

I really should have researched before ordering. So many people can't be wrong. You get sucked in with the snazzy website but would take months to get your final product, if you do get it. Stay away. You've been warned!

I ordered a Christmas present from PrinterPix. I was told it would be received by 12/12/2017. My account on their site says it is being reprinted because of a quality issue. It is now January 5 2018 and my account still says the same thing. I am starting to wonder if this company even exists.

After purchasing from Living Social I went to work on photo books for my family for Christmas. First off the website is not user friendly by any means. After finally finishing all the books i placed my order before the "get by Christmas" mark. It is now January 5th and we have still not received our books. I have called multiple times and asked for my money back. They said they have sent out the check and i should receive them soon. Lets see if this happens. Will never do buisness with them again

Absolutely terrible!

I completely am dissatisfied with printerpix. I bought a groupon from them to make a photobook. The book deleted several times despite my saving it, the customer services reps that I talked to could not help me with my deleted photobooks, and the picture quality was greatly diminished. I did not purchase the book and wasted my money and time on this horrible company.

The website is designed terribly. It is impossible to use. After creating my login on one page I am unable to login on another page. After spending 30 minutes designing a gift I lost the layout and have to recreate. Already purchased a groupon so I am stuck wasting my time. Do not purchase from this website.

I bought a thermal mug with pictures from Printerpix. The pictures came out so blurry you cann't even see the actual faces! It basically looks like expensive colored mug with no particular design since the picture is so unclear. I sent an email to Printerpix over 3 weeks ago and have not heard back from them. I sent another email today. So will await a response.

I ordered two personalized dog blankets through Groupon for Christmas. I was assured they would arrive in time. I kept getting emails telling me to finish my order which I already had. I called and after 30 minutes was told my order was being processed and would be there by Christmas. As Christmas got closer I got another email telling me to finish my order so I called again and waited another 30 minutes. I was then told the delivery day would be Dec. 28th. I said that was unacceptable and the rep said they were having problems and other people were upset. The blankets finally arrived on Dec. 30 by FedEx after my tracking email said USPS. The blankets are of very poor quality and I'm almost embarrassed to give them. At least they spelled the dogs' names right. The $22.95 shipping I was charged is a ripoff but after reading other reviews don't think I will ever get a refund. I will NEVER do business with them again and am going to contact Groupon where I've always had good luck before.

Never use!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. However it was such a good deal I fell for it. I ordered 5 calendars with family pictures on the birthdays. The website was not user friendly and it took hours to get the calendar like I wanted it. I received my order today and it was a blank calendar with no pictures! After waiting on hold for 40 mins the costumer service rep said all they could do was give me a discount on another order. I was not satisfied and will never use them again.

Worst Ever!

After buying a voucher on Living Social, I tried this company. The website isn't user friendly, and even though I bought a 50 page book, it only allowed me to create a 20 page book. Then, when I selected shipping, it gave me a delivery date of 12/23, but it still hasn't arrived, missing Christmas and nearly New Year's as well. Customer Service number was out of order, and the on line chat disconnects you when you ask for help. TERRIBLE! Use a more reputable company!

I went balls out on purchasing a few items for my family for Xmas. I bought (2) sets of 4 picture mugs, 2 iphone cases, and a blanket as the website was offering an immense discount.

The problem is each item or "set" must ship separately; you cannot combine vouchers under one shipment. The shipping fees are outrageous; $18 per item. So now I have to pay $90 in shipping. This completely cancels out the discounted voucher.

The people running this company need to pull their head out of their $#*!.

Absolutely the worse service I have ever received from any company! I got a deal to get 4 picture mugs, they wanted me to pay shipping for every single one separately. I would have ended up paying as much as I did for the mugs for shipping! I called the same night I purchased the deal, and wanted a refund. He "issued" a refund, and said it would take 14 days at most! They refuse to answer their phones and have a generic chat set up, that doesn't help at all! Contacted them 7 times now and have yet to see my refund!

I bought 2 Groupons for dog blankets. After almost 2 wks. Of trying to customize the blankets & no real helpful response from groupon or printpix (I THOUGHT THE WEB SITE WAS OVER WORKED W/ HOLIDAY ORDERS) I decided to research their rating. Low & behold, they are crooks. Don't waste your $ people. I'm also reporting back to groupon & BBB.

Kitchen calendar

Boy, I should have read a few of these before going with Printerpix. Bought a voucher for their black Friday sale for calendars and prints. Somehow that voucher was lost in the shuffle and they did not find it anymore. I ordered kitchen calendars 10 days prior to christmas and after contacting them they expedited them and I received them in time. Thats a +. What was shocking-0the paper quality, too thin and printed on both sides so really flimpsy. They also were bent as not supported with a card board and I end up not giving them as gifts as not quality. Not again for sure.

Horrible waste of time

I ordered days before the Christmas deadline and guess what? Products are not even shipped yet on today, 12/22. I have spoken with several different people who have all advised me of several different things. When you try chatting online with them they instantly leave the chat. When you try calling you are on hold no less than 30-35 minutes before someone even picks up. What is the point of customer service if you just read off of prompts and get no resolution? I have received nothing but unsatisfactory customer service. They tell you a manager will call but they never do. Printer pix has been a waste of my time and energy. I called back today after being told that I would get an email tracking confirmation last night, only to be told that all of my Magic Mugs had been broken by the processing department. This delayed my shipping so they could not guarantee that it would be here in time for Christmas. The websites brand states "Printerpix is dedicated to providing a quality service to you, our valued customers. Whatever you're ordering, Printerpix creates attention-stealing photo prints faster than you can snap your fingers." I have now began to question that your policies are monitored or upheld to the benefit of the consumer. I have also read other reviews, which I should've done before and across the board on many websites your company is rated no higher than 1.9. From a corporate standpoint this is very unacceptable. I am a manager who works in Customer Relations for a Fortune 500 Corporation and we work effortlessly to ensure the quality of service we are providing our consumers. I will leave this review on as many websites as possible to ensure that others are aware of the horrible manor.
