Ordered 2 blankets over a month in advance for christmas. They were sent to the wrong address and then switched to three different delivery services before finally letting me know that the blankets would be a bit late. Yeah thanks you jackasses but they didn't arrive till Feb. I asked for my money back which wouldn't arrive for 7 - 14 business days. After all that wait, you would at least expect decent quality but it was garbage. These people are a bunch of thieves and deliver an awful product, late, and with zero communication. Don't ever buy from printerpix. What a bunch of losers.
Wish I could post half a star. I've tried PrinterPix twice. Each time the price is low and tempting but it doesn't take long to find out why. The quality of the items was so bad that you could hardly make out what the picture was of. I sent the required email asking for the items to be redone. A detailed explanation with before and after pictures included. The robot reply asked me to explain what was wrong and to provide pictures. I sent again. Email was ignored. This all took 14 days. Called them and waited on hold for 30 minutes. When I spoke to someone they hadn't even looked at my email yet. They said they would start the process of review then and it would take another 7 to 14 business days. Which as you can guess was longer than that. Eventually I received the new items (which were no longer relevant as this whole process has passed the date I needed them by) and the quality was no better. I can only imagine the 5 star ratings listed on this site came from staff. There are a dozen or so companies all capable of doing what PrinterPix do. I would recommend trying everyone of them first unless you like not getting what you paid for and being disappointed.
I order three canvases in plenty of time for Christmas. Actually paid the extra money for expediatied shipping just in case.
4 days before Christmas items never arrived. I contacted USPS they had not received the shipment. Then I emailed printerpix twice no response. Then I called twice waiting on the phone each time for 30 min. I finally spoke to someone would didnt want to help me.
Finally he put me on hold for 15 minutes... came back and said the post office just hasnt shipped it yet. You should receive by next Wednesday. 2 days after Christmas!
I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said no they would only email me. I said that was unacceptable and I would need to speak to someone in person. He aggressively and said someone would get back to me in the next two hours.
Well its the next day and Im still waiting...
I purchased a living social voucher for 3 calendars. I have always done my calendars 1 at a time (shutterfly, picaboo) with my vouchers with no problems. My first calendar at Printerpix charged me $40. Not acknowledging my voucher. I emailed several times and finally was told they would send the calendar and refund my overcharge. It has been 2 weeks and still no refund. Finished my second calendar and once again it would not acknowledge my voucher. I emailed - no answer. I called - was on hold for 20 min. When I gave up. Finally I was able to chat on line with someone. After 3 "customer service" people I was told that I had to do all my calendars at the same time and since I used it on the first calendar it was used up. WHAT A RIPOFF. Never use again.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay FAR away. Sent the complete wrong order as a Christmas gift. Called and was put on hold for about an hour, tried to contact them on the live customer support, still no help. Essentially I lost my order and my money and the issue was never resolved. DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!
Disgraceful customer service. Goods never arrived after 30 days. Still chasing a full refund 3 months later! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Please do not think that U save money.
Quality is poor, shipping cost $44 for Standard, does not matter how many pictures you order they still try to charge you $44 for each metal print you order. This is stinky!
I use metal prints to create personalized gifts. I have ordered hundreds from a dozen different online vendors. Printerpix is by far the worst quality I have ever seen. The aluminum panels they use are paper thin. They arrived bent and damaged. It took forever. The quality of the images were so bad that you couldn't even recognize faces or objects. Customer service is zero help. They don't answer the phone and lie to you when they do.
I got what seemed to be a great deal on calendars, but the online program to build it was miserable. The shipping surprise was expensive. Then it is taking forever to get here. It has been in a state of being dispatched over a week! Lastly when I tried to chat with customer service, they put me in a long queue, when after thirty minutes I added to the chat, I was put back at the end of the queue. I don't think anyone is responding, just waiting for people to leave. The WORST, and it was ten of my Xmas gifts that may never get there.
Very BAD customer service! Have not received status on order for 3+ weeks that was already paid. Nobody available for phone calls, email responses all generic with no idea of when to expect the order. Just another scam!
I bought a coupon they advertised for a photo book. When I went to redeem the coupon online, the product they advertised was not available. I have called, emailed, and tried live chatting with their customer service. I have been placed on hold for 30+ minutes after which they hung up on me. They never responded to email. The live chat requested my contact information, which I provided, then never responded to my inquiries.
Our Christmas cards came with someone else's name on the bottom and the date, "December 2014". The family picture looks like someone moved it during the printing process; everyone is blurry.
The cards are completely worthless. All attempts to reach the company have fallen on deaf ears.
I paid extra for the 'Premium Paper' for my photobooks but was a bit disappointed with the quality of the pictures in the books. When I questioned if the 'Premium Paper' had been used they advised that there was NO DIFFERENCE between the 'Premium; and 'Standard' paper.
Seems like a con that they advertise and charge more for so-called 'Premium Paper' when all they supply is the same quality as Standard paper.
I have requested that the extra payment that I made for the 'Premium Paper' is refunded
I ordered two photo blankets for Christmas presents. Received email with tracking number for DHL. DHL tracking didn't have the number in their computer. Printerpix customer service representative couldn't locate the package with the order number. I called two times and sat on hold for 30 minutes. When I finally was able to speak with a rep was told two different stories about why I hadn't received the package. Was told "to give it a few more days" and if I still didn't have the package they would have to investigate. STAY AWAY from this company. Use collage.com. They are a better company and better customer service.
Ordered 2 metal pictures from this company and did not receive the stands for one of the have sent numerous email and try to talk on chad with no avail. Will never order from here again. Worst customer service ever. Now I have to buy stand for my purchase which is a Christmas present. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I would never use this company again. The site is difficult to use, has limited options. When calling or using the on-line help, there are extremely long wait times and I received very poor help. I bought a Groupon book for a 50 page 11x11 hardcover book. I was able to pick this exact book from their choices on their website. I spent hours making this book, only to be told when trying to check out that, PrinterPix is no longer making this book and I had to redo the book in another size. The book then became unavailable to me on their website. I spent hours making the book and hours trying to get help. It was very frustrating.
This is the worst company. Customer Service is a joke. I can only imagine each time some one spends money at this site, there is some guy in a darkened room laughing and saying the words, "I got another suckers money"
Stay away, and lets work to get groupon to drop them as a provider
Coupon deal, spent time producing 3 photo and received them after a month. The books were printed in the wrong order, starting with the last page printed first. Doesn't sound bad, right? WRONG, the photo books were gifts for my grandchildren for Christmas. The order of the book was categorized according to the travel time line with headings according to the place, time etc. Contacted Printerpix immediately which they produce a ticket number for the customer service to investigate the matter. I sent photos of the books as requested immediately and have not heard another word. I have contacted online chat, email and phoned without resolving the problem. I did file a complaint with BBB with regards to the company and their practices. I will pursue other avenues to hopefully resolve.
Ordered a canvas print with one of their coupons, was sent the wrong canvas. Not my photo at all, someone else's. Worst Customer Service ever. Can not get a refund. Did not get what I ordered. Stay away.
Bought a groupon and spent two weeks doing my book only to find out it was the wrong book but correct size AND they can't change it. The only difference in the cover. Have you ever heard anything more ridiculous? All customer service does is say, I'm sorry" DON'T USE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A GROUPON. Save yourself the migraine.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
