Not Happy: I gave a 3 star rating which is an average of 5 star for the products and 1 star for communication and delivery. I placed an order on April 30,2024 and ALL messaging from Printerpix said that it would arrive by Mother's Day, May 12. It did not. It wasn't even " passed onto the courier" until May 9 who was across the country from where I am located. I did not receive any email updates from Printerpix between April 30 and May 10, but I did log on to my online account to gain information about the order. My order finally arrived and looked very nice. I have ordered from Printerpix several times over the years and have been happy with the quality of your products.

Everything on the order said that it would arrive by Mother's Day. Interestingly, I received daily marketing emails from Printerpix for the next week or so stating that orders could still be placed for Mother's Day delivery so I thought for sure my early-ish order would arrive in time. You might want to tell your marketing department to stop those emails when you unexpectedly have a high volume of orders. I read some recent Printerpix reviews and saw where I was not the only one with concerns about Printerpix.

I understand that sometimes delays happen and I can work with that. What is frustrating, is that I did not receive a single message that you all were running late - just marketing email after marketing email saying 'still time to order for Mother's Day'. A simple message explaining your dilemma would have been helpful.

Unexpected high volume is good for business, but without communication, it is not good for customer satisfaction, which is what drives your high volume.

The blankets and delivery time was faster than expected, so excellent, although the blankets was not packed in it's own container and just placed inside the plastic bag, this is the only issue I have as if the packaging bag was torn, then it would touch and also tear the blanket but the plastic bag was not ripped during transport so it was fine, I guess I was expecting the blankets to be placed in a box like a thin shirt/sweater box for gifts as this was a gift and a box would have been nice as well as add additional protection but this is minor but just wanted to let other buyers know of the expectations of the shipment when received, so if you are okay with the blankets stuffed into the shipping bag, then that is how you will receive it, again, the blankets was not damaged and beautiful, the shipping packaging is just a personal preference, if you go to TJMaxx type of stores and purchase a blanket, it usually is ribbon wrapped, but these blankets was not but it does not discount the excellent printing and quality of the blankets, plus with the additional ribbon tied and box, the handling cost may increase so to keep cost of shipping and handling down, I see how the blankets are just stuffed into the plastic package, and it is totally fine with me as mentioned, the blankets arrived with no issues, the exterior packaging had no tears, so to me the 5 stars is deserved, thank you.

This is the most amazing gift u can give to anyone that you love

Not an easy way of redeeming Groupon. Also cost quite a bit even though I received this as a gift. Thot would pay for shipping but seemed another charge. Not impressed with the other charges afterwards.
Also had to order from phone while doing the book on laptop- on lap top impossible to redeem Groupon.
Will not use this company again.
