One picture turned out great the other one not so much. I spoke to someone who knows about printing and was told it had to do with my actual picture so, I did not return it or complain as I felt it was not a PrinterPix error.

First book arrived within 14 days of me uploading the order.
Second book arrived well over a month after I uploaded the order (4 days after I uploaded the first book).
It sat "on someone's desk" for almost 2 weeks until it was given to the post office for processing.
Very frustrated about this since both were gifts to be given at the same time. Customer service was somewhat helpful, but it seemed that my 3 emails were more of a generic response that actually looking into why there was a problem and solving it. I will have to think about using PrintPix again when I need to have an order something and need it within a six week period.

The blanket I got for my mother for mother's Day she loves it very much and I am so grateful with how it came very soft and very comfy for sure!

Im very happy with the finished product that I received. However, it took longer than expected to be created and there was no updates to the status for weeks.
