Well organized and very well received. I was able to use the format and design my own blanket. There were many options and I was happy with the choices provided for me. I could do multiple things; background colors, text colors, multiple pictures and format options. Very happy with the finished result.

I did not receive my order until May 24th. This order was placed on May 4th with the expectation it would arrive for Mother's Day on May 10th. Although I received multiple spam emails every week, I had to contact customer support twice by phone to receive any updates for shipping. Additionally, once the package arrived I noted that the ends of the metal were bent. The picture that was printed was unrecognizable to the one I submitted. I was actually astounded that I would be shipped such a poor product. I will not be using Printer Pix services in the future.

My order was received too damaged to use and trying to reach customer service for assistance has been difficult at best. Will not order again as order took too long- almost a full month to receive- and then arrived damaged!
