Should not have to pay to remove printerpix logo or get HD printing
Product said Free Shipping until it was in my cart. Not sure whether that will be honored or not when it's time to use my vouchers. I wanted 2 items, and could have gotten a 2-pack, but it was unclear whether the 2-pack would be for two unique items vs 2 duplicate items.
It took longer than in the past and the coloring of the photos weren't as good as in the past but I would still order from you again.
Slight glitches in system when processing payment. Extremely difficult to use through groupon.

Fairly easy. One picture was great. The second (different photo) was disappointing...kind of washed out and top of head was cut off. These might have been my mistake but you could have texted or emailed me to see if that was what I wanted.

Ordering was easy. The item was received with pencil markings on the edge, and no border. Unable to take picture at this time. Previous order arrived in good shape, but I would call this order substandard.
