Ikra was so helpful and prompt at fixing my issue. She was to the point and so kind! My customer service issue was that I did not receive items and I was immediately refunded for this issue.

Sabbah replied to my messenger enquiry about my PLT return very fast and was very friendly and approachable. My return was processed so fast and I didn't have to send back the item I was unhappy with in the end. Very please, fantastic customer service from Sabbah, thanks!

There are multiple different lines of clothes designed for different shapes, which is super helpful for me (im an 8G, those are hard to fit), but they can be limited in the types of clothes that are available. Curve, for instance doesn't have much in the way of formal or office wear.

However their help service on facebook is great. Thanks to Sultan for all the help.

Basically my whole wardrobe is from this site and I love it! Rarely get a product that isn't what it is shown to be just have to check the material before you purchase. Have only had an order delay once and messaged on Facebook and had a reply instantly from Umar A who helped me out a lot!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on Memorial Day and had them in my hands less than a day and a half later... I was really shocked with how quickly they arrived, especially since they shipped from the UK! I did pay the 11.99 for expedited shipping but I still wasnt expecting them so fast! And everything I ordered fit great, will definitely shop with them again!

Excellent customer service by Umar A, I received a very quick response and I was very impressed. I was enquiring about an item that is out of stock and was informed about checking the back to stock items which I never knew about.

Spoke to Umar A as was having trouble placing an order on my account but he was very helpful and gave a few different options to try and put the order through!

I enquires using the WhatsApp helpline as I ordered something next day delivery that didn't come the next day. Umar A gave me a full refund for my delivery and explained where my parcel was and why it had been delayed. Most helpful and quick customer service advice.
