Order arrived 2 days late. Paid extra for larger bouquet- 6 roses and a few lilies already dropping the petals. £40 for something a supermarket would sell much cheaper. Do not use. Not interested in a refund, just offered £15 credit - no use when you have no intention of using again.
I purchased flowers and a gift hamper from this company for my father's birthday, not the first time I buy flowers from the. This time proved to be a complete mistake as the flowers were not delivered directly to my father but supposedly left in the lobby where he could not find them. His number which I provided for the delivery was not contacted at all. I had to buy flowers and chocolates from the local store in the end and Prestige flowers are not taking responsibility, advising me to contact the police! Terrible customer care and literally thieving business, will never use again!
Received these as a gift good delivery and presentation. However, roses never opened, just drooped and chocolates all tasted the same, just sweet. There is no documentation on how to raise issues. When it was clear that the flowers were not going to open and wilted I found out how to contact them. As it was outside their 3day window on which their is no documentation they could only offer a £10 voucher. I would not order from here though even at a discount. The photo is after a week but it is clear flowers didn't open and I cut stems and followed all the care instructions. Customer services were responsive though it would be good if they put a card in on how to addres issues, given you are receiving a gift so have no order details and I didn't want to let the sender know I had an issue.
Ordered flowers for next day delivery for someone arriving home from hospital. They were meant to arrive Saturday and they eventually arrived Monday. Surely in this situation you offer a full refund to a paying customer but they wouldn't. Look at the flowers in the pictures, absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend Prestige flowers.
Two days late for a special event. Hardly a reliable flower supplier. Poor quality flowers. Not use again. Really disappointed and especially in their response taking no responsibility.
I made a typo error on the order of BF0, instead of B50. The rest of the address was there, if the person who's job it was to 'deliver' the goods had used google and typed in the house name, number, street and town, I am sure they could have easily seen that a typo had been made, rather than not bothering to deliver it, which is exactly what happened. Also Postcodes in the UK as a standard format to help your customer, as a typo is very common, Prestige system should also recognise when a letter has been entered instead of a number and alert you customers. And telling me to complain to Royal mail - is an absolute nonsense, I did not pay Royal mail - I paid you! Prestige Flowers. Who on earth is going to take my complaint in Royal Mail and do what with it - they don't have flowers to re-send. All I can say is that a £15 refund on an order of £37 for flowers, I feel like I have been fleeced of £22, this is an absolutely disgusting service. There was no attempt to make the delivery in the first place, as apparently drivers at unable to use google, even though they need access to the internet to receive orders and get there, secondly telling me to complain to Royal Mail, when I paid Prestige and it is you that has a contract with Royal Mail not me, and then a tiny refund and my flowers never delivered. Day light robbery and no attempt to help your customer. Awful awful service, that is the last time that I will use this company. And lastly I could not review the order in full before I made the purchase – so are you surprised that there was an error – have you ever heard of human error?

What was received did not look like the picture advertised. They looked scraggly, heads had fallen off. I sent a picture of both, clearly not looking the same. Was purchased for my wife for our Wedding anniversary. Really disappointing. The complaint response was - no they look good and of good quality, this is a joke if you could see them. They offer a £10 credit to buy more flowers that is useless to me. Will not use them again
Ordered Mother's Day flowers and paid for the large size. What was received was nothing like the picture on the website. When I complained they insisted there was nothing wrong they could see from the picture! Horrendous customer service, poor poor quality & definitely not worth the £40 odd quid paid. Photos are what I ordered on the website verses what was received.
This is the 3rd time I have had dealings with them and all 3 times the flowers were shocking. The first time my friend put in a complaint about the flowers I sent her as they were so dilapidated, and the second time I paid just under £70 for flowers for my daughter. We threw them away within 1 day, I messaged them and sent photos of brown roses and all they said was to peel off the outer leaves. This time my work sent me flowers and they are dried up and the leaves at the bottom are slimy so the bouquet was not made up fresh.
Very dissatisfied, Mothers Day gift from son and daughter in law, roses wilted in a day and lilies never opened just wilted and died.
Took a number of emails and angry phone conversation to get reponse
2nd bunch no better. Ruined my Mothers Day gift and no apology.
Certainly bunch did not look like pictures on order and response to complaint did not relate to advert "No quibble 100% satisfaction"
My 18yr old daughter spent £50 with this company sending me some flowers for mother's day. The roses heads drooped the day after delivery and the lilies never opened. She emailed them with pictures of the flowers and was offered £10 off her next purchase. She wrote to them again and they said they would send a replacement bunch. The 2nd bunch arrived but contained only half the amount of flowers! The quality was not good again either. Some of the leaves are bent or snapped and the end of the petals are already turning brown. The lilies arent looking too healthy either so I wouldn't be surprised if they fail to open again also. She should have been offered a refund first as last. Terrible experience.
I ordered a £59.50 bouquet of flowers for my Mum to arrive the day before Mothers Day 2023.
These never arrived! Imagine the upset for my Mum who lives a long way away. There is no contact phone number for Prestige Flowers so I sent 3 chat messages immediately but no reply until the following week.
It took me 20 emails to Prestige Flowers to gain a refund to my credit card some 2 weeks later and no compensation for my Mum (even a cheap bouquet would have been nice) nor any compensation for me after suffering all this upset and inconvenience and 3hrs of my precious time wasted dealing with this awful Company. Please do not use Haute Florist or Prestige Flowers.
Have ordered 2 years in a row 2 bouquets, both for my wife and one for my mother on mothers day, last year both arrived the monday after mothers day and a bottle of wine that was meant to be an add on to the order did not arrive with the flowers. This year I gave this company the benefit of the doubt as the Website gave a guarantee of mothers day delivery. And bought two bouquets at over 50 pounds each, yet again the flowers did not arrive on mothers day but arrived the day after and the quality and quantity of flowers that did arrive? I'd have bought better for 30 pounds at a garage forecourt! Over two years I'm out of pocket more than two hundred pounds with this company and extremely disappointed to say the least! Please do yourself a favour and buy your flowers some place else.
Arrived a day late despite paying for named day delivery.
I paid an extra £10 for extra in the bunch. The quality of the flowers was terrible and I was embarrassed when sent a photo by the recipient.

You order flowers they take your money you don't receive them…. Customer service refuse a refund….Obviously a scam I have reported them to the fraud squad
Won't recommend them flowers don't come wen they're supposed to and flowers looks nothing like the pictures wen I received my flowers they were not much life left in them. Can't get hold off nobody from customer service lines r off. Spoke to someone on live chat not helpful at all wasn't interested. Avoid this company like the plaque.
Ordered flowers for Mothers day and they didn't arrive and still haven't. They haven't answered my email and there's no one to pick up the phone when you call customer service
I can't believe that they advertise pictures on there website and then fool us customers that we will receive what we see. I've never felt so ripped off, upset and most of all ashamed that my mom as received such awful flowers on Mother's Day. I spent over £45 pound on these, and when my mom sent a picture of them I've never felt so embarrassed. Also I ordered a cake with my order and no sign of the cake I should of read the reviews before ordering but because I had ordered of them a long time ago which back then was not so bad, since then they have obviously gone down hill. Im totally shocked that this company is allowed to be active on line selling to customers. Since complaining to them they had the cheek to offer me a £10 voucher to use on there site. Why would I want a voucher for there site, I don't ever want to order from them again, I've lost total trust. My advice to everyone stick to a local florist or go into a supermarket to purchase flowers at least you can see what you get. If you do go on line and purchase flowers do your research on the company and read all reviews etc before you order.
We thought we'd send our Mum some flowers for Mothers Day but these flowers are a joke! The first picture is what they should have looked like and the next picture is what she received. Will never use this company again. If I could give zero stars I would

Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
