I highly recommend not to purchase from them. They lie about the service they offer on their website. This place is a whole SCAM. Your orders will arrive late always. Not customer service, and if they speak to you, they lie to your face. Don't believe on 'next day delivery'

Awful service. No free card included and when I questioned, was told I couldn't ammend order. Tried to use the bot but never anyone available, received email follwoing day without matter being resolved and without them dealing with the problem I'd explained over and over. Ordered Tuesday evening expecting a Thursday delivery by 4pm Friday - order still not delivered. Was for a special occassion - 70th so VERy disappointed. Not allowed to sperak to a manager on the phone and instead have to email in. Not allowed refund as apparently it's in the small print that delivery date can not be guaranteed despite the fact that the website claims next day delivery - goodness knows how as they couldn't even manage 2 day delivery. Customer service shocking, rude and disrespectful - whispering to colleague whilst talking to me. Then hung up whilst I was still talking. Will never use this company again.
I think this company is completely indifferent to their customers' satisfaction and would advise not to do any business with them.
I ordered flowers on 12/12/23 that were supposed to be delivered on 12/14/23. About 10 days later I learned by pure chance nothing was delivered. I did not receive any notification about an unsuccessful delivery, and the local contact phone number provided did not receive either a call or a text about the matter. When I contacted Prestige Flowers via email, they simply told me delivery was attempted but was not successful. How Royal Mail attempted a delivery is unclear – my son's family was home at the time of the supposed delivery attempt.
Prestige Flowers refused to refund me for purchase.
This is the second time they completely disappointed me; the first time was in November 2021 when they failed to deliver flowers when my grandson was born.
Don't waste your money on this company. It's only a cash grab and takes no responsibility. When they take your money, they say nothing is guaranteed.

I ordered flowers for an employees last day on Thursday for Friday. When I completed purchase it said delivery on Friday and all was well.
Friday comes. No delivery. Sat. No delivery. So the flowers will be in transit since Thursday night, late on arrival. And I had to pay for this postage.
Spoke to customer services, nothing they can do? Wow. It's in small print somewhere it can take up to 3 days before they refund? Why advertise next day if you can't deliver for next day?
Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, flowers ordered didn't arrive as agreed, turned up 3 days later nearly dead. The customer service is a complete joke, refuse to give a refund or replacement and said it was my issue to chase up their delivery company nothing to do with them. Honestly avoid this company.lile the plague

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. On the order form it asks for delivery date, however they don't make it clear there is a 3 day window for delivery. I asked for my friends 70 th birthday and the flowers didn't arrive. I am furious and she is disappointed. I wish I hadn't chosen this company and I certainly won't again. Very angry with their poor service, be warned.
THE WORST FLOWER COMPANY IN THE WORLD!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My "get well soon" flowers arrived 3 DAYS AFTER I PAID FOR when the person already went to the hospital. I paid £56 for NOTHING and all they said is that whenever the order is placed I'm accepting their terms and conditions where says that it can be delayed! Don't let them to cheat on you!
Avoid this company at all costs. No flowers or gifts arrived. Customer service like their flowers still waiting for it to arrive.

Do not order from this company, the size of the flowers are nothing like the pictures! I paid £61.50 for what can be discribed as a hand size bunch of flowers for an occasion that was simply embarrassing, I spoke to customer service they would only give me a refund of £10 which still leaves me with the feeling of being robbed basically, never ever use them again and hope no one else would even dare to! Most of these reviews on here are fake! Listen to the bad ones
Ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my 85 year old mother for her birthday. Placed the order Wed 4th October and selected delivery on Monday 9th October (birthday). Paid £5.99 for delivery which advertised as 24 hours. Despite having 5 days to arrange and dispatch the flowers, they were not delivered to the courier (Royal Mail) until 5.11pm on Sunday 8th Oct which then meant that delivery to my mother was not possible on 9th Oct but estimated as 10 Oct. I contacted the company as soon as I was aware of the tracking. Received email from Customer Services after 16 hours with a convoluted tale about delivery and pseudo blaming of the courier. Did not accept responsibility and simply apologised for "the inconvenience". This was not an inconvenience, it was a failure to deliver something that was important to my elderly mother. This was NOT an inconvenience, it was upsetting and very disappointing.
Do not rely on this company if you want to have any degree of confidence they will deliver within any kind of reasonable time frame.
They advertise that they have 100% satisfaction guarantee... but this doesn't seem to mean anything other than marketing bullsh1t. I have told them I am 100% dissatisfied but this did not even elicit a meaningful reply.
I ordered 2 bouquets on 2/10/23 before 10pm and almost spent 100£. Firstly the flowers were not as per the description and mostly greenery (see image below.I also ordered the large size) and it was not made clear from the beginning that posting to Scotland and the Highlands would take extra time...ensuring flowers wont last as long...the 2nd bouquet didnt arrive...were to go to a friend in a school and now the school is shut til Monday...so they will be completely wilted by then. This website has no genuine care...the replies to my emails did not answer all my questions...I also emailed the company owner who has yet to respond. I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. They are not up front and crystal clear to all UK customers at all. It's a disgrace.
Ordered and paid next day flowers for a grieving widow, they still have not arrived after 72 hours. Have been told there's nothing they want to do about itn and do not care how their flowers arrive or if they ever do. They have refused a refund and refused to resend the flowers, there has not even been one sorry but a "I've spoken to my manager and you can have £5 credit off a next order"! Why would I ever order here again? The most awful service at a time when we are all grieving. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I ordered flowers for my gf apparently they offered guarantee next day delivery so I made my order 2 days before and items never arrived, I try message customer service they don't offered any help. Don't recommend poor service
3 days after dispatch, flowers have still not arrived and will no doubt be half dead by now. Customer services have washed their hands of it with a standard disclaimer response and offered me a small credit of the postage cost - which I have no intention of using as I will never purchase from them again. They blame Royal Mail, but why on earth keep using a delivery service that fails and then say its not their fault. Really awful experience and what a waste of money.
Despite telling them of poor qualityimmediatly on opening them and sending 3 photos at different times they refused to replace them. They included at least 3 excuses, including a guarantee for only 4 days.
For £30 this is just embarrassing for my friend to receive. They came yesterday and already drooping and dry. Nothing like the advertised picture at all. Can't get hold of anyone at customer services. Wish I'd read the reviews as doubt I'll be refunded. Shameful.

Crap company do yourselves a favour buy elsewhere ordered a week in advance for Saturday delivery and nothing they are using Royal mai.l What are you joking

Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
