I placed an order for 2 dresses in late May but inadvertently bought 3 (two were exactly alike - same color & size). I tried to find a phone number to talk with them but I couldn't find one. So I immediately contacted their website and asked for them to cancel 1 of the dresses. They never responded to my request and sent the 3 dresses, all of which are too large. Their website shows refunds or exchanges are available but when I followed their directions and emailed them, my email was returned as "undeliverable". Very poor customer service! I am an unhappy customer!
