So far, my experience has been great! They were wonderful with communication about the order. I did happen to order a jacket in size 2XL, which is the size I normally wear. However, the sizes do run on the smaller side. I thought about reordering a larger size, but they do not offer it.
I found it easy to order what I wanted and shipping time was totally acceptable.

They don't stand by the quality of their work. We have ordered several shirts and sweatshirts from them. One shirt after to washings, it's falling apart. Half of the lettering is gone. They offered us a measly 15% refund, but refused to replace the shirt. They ultimately refunded 40%, but I've still paid a lot of money now for a shirt that's not wearable after two washes this is truly a failure on customer service and standing behind the work that you do.
