The sweatshirt that I ordered was almost as thin as a T-shirt, it runs a size smaller, and the front bottom is shorter than the back. Unfortunately, you can't get a refund.
Worst customer service. They add extra items snd duplicates to your cart and refuse to fix. Contact them - there's excuse as to why they do t reply to 6 emails. Now they state my package was shipped 2 hours ago - but no tracking number available. THEY FLAT out LIE! I had to file a claim against them with my credit card company. I asked for mgr to call me, no response. AVOID THESE MONEYPINCHING SCAM ARTIST!
