Was kind of tricky to figure out how to get "Volleyball" instead of "Women's Volleyball". You offered the option, but it was in "Sports" (makes sense), but would also make sense in the "Volleyball" section of your automation. But the order was processed, and the Hat (Cap) did come as ordered, in a timely (a bit slow, but not dreadfully slow) amount of time. Small custom orders obviously take a while to process, and then ship. So overall, a good experience as long as you don't need your custom stuff in less than a week or two.
