The youth sweatshirts are super small. I ordered two larges for each of my boys (age 11) and they fit their cousin who is 6. Such a shame because they are a custom design and we waited over 6 weeks for them.
I order 2 t-shirts and 1 sweatshirt the end of November. I received them just before Christmas. They were Christmas presents. I printed off a copy of what I ordered. One of the t-shirts I ordered was a man's 3X. Paid the $5 extra for bigger size. When my husband opened it on Christmas it was a ladies 2X. We got a good laugh. Now when I look at the website it said no returns. The other shirts were correct.

Too long a period of time with no communication
I had to reach out and ask where my stuff was
I was very happy with the fast delivery and the fabric quality. However, the white letters on the front of the red sweatshirt arrived pink. This was before washing it.
My Tee shirt fit me really well... I just wanted to tell you Thanks...
When I changed to the back of the sweatshirt, it defaulted to the original front. So it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but he liked it
