Very slow delivery. Just got the second item 12/28—— ordered late November. Also I don't see a gift receipt included in case the recipient might need to return it. We missed Christmas Day but I will deliver it tomorrow to the recipient.
The sweatshirt I ordered was not the winter weight material I anticipated. It is more of a Fall or Spring weight material. The problem with ordering by internet is you can't actually see and feel the material. If your catalog noted " NOT FOR WINTER " or " NOT HEAVY WEIGHT MATERIAL " I would not have ordered it. Other than that, a nice looking sweatshirt.
I ordered the item on Nov 24 and it didn't arrive until Dec. 20. I needed to mail it to my grandson for Christmas.

Sweatshirt is of excellent quality and our granddaughter loves it. According to the website this was considered a special order so it took a little longer to receive. Customer service was very responsive when I followed up to see the status of the order. Would highly recommend!
There were (2) sweatshirts ordered, YL (18-20), they wouldn't fit a toddler they are so small. Disappointed.
