I ordered two items with school logos Nov. 21,2021 for Christmas gifts thinking I would be taking them to them on Dec. 22. They arrived separately on the 23rd and 24th. Up through Dec. 16th, I received emails promising any new orders would be delivered by Christmas. The only way to communicate with them became leaving a message on online chat. Why would it take so long to do a press on logo on a shirt? Or an embroidered cap? They did refund the shipping on the items but my family did not receive the items until after Christmas because I then had to mail them after our get together.
Sizes run small. My shirt is tight. Sizes do no run true to actual size.

The size measurements were completely wrong. The sweatshirt was much smaller than it had stated it would be. There is a no return policy too. Be smart and go to Amazon instead. I completely regret this expensive purchase.

Very disappointed in the quality of the sweatshirt for the money but more importantly very disappointed in the iron-on decal. I could've bought a sweatshirt and bout iron-on letters. And the shipping cost. It was $8.95 yet I was charged $15.
