I ordered early and needed this by December 16 since we were going out of town for Christmas. It did not arrive until a few days before Christmas so my grandson didn't get the Christmas gift I had ordered for him. I ended up having to shop and buy locally so he would have a gift from me (which, in retrospect, I should have done to start with!).
One Item was not available and the other got here late. That is not an acceptable experience compared to other sites.
