The order came 2 days before Chtristmas, but the color of the college name on the hat was not the school color as ordered. I texted and chatted with a rep and she immediately replaced my order with a new one at no charge. The hat arrived a week after Christmas and my granddaughter loved it. Thank you for efficiently handling my order.
