I was disappointed in the lack of communication. The order was shipped a week beyond the time it should have been shipped. It wasn't until I contacted company that I was told it would be shipped shortly. The delay caused my grandson not to receive birthday gift on time even though it was order almost 3 weeks before his birthday.
