My 94 yo mother ordered 2 sweatshirts with just a town on it...when they came they looked cheap and lettering very small. I tried to talk to someone told they have no phone. I wanted to see if could add more like High School and year or exchange since just town absolutely uncooperative. How do you know if you have issue within 2 hours also since I thought no year or name personalization they might work with her but refused
