I wish they would tell you how long it would take until you get your order when you place your order. I understand they are busy but it would help us make the decision if we wanted to wait. Also you can't call for an update. You have to email. The quality isn't that great. The polo looks like a tshirt with a collar. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I placed an order for multiple pieces on October 5,2022 & received my items toward the end of the month. The hat had a misprint / quality issue, so I contacted the company immediately with a description & photo. I never heard back, so I reached out again & now for a 3rd time. We are approaching the end of November & nobody has followed up on making things right & fixing the problem. I do not recommend Prep Sportswear to anyone & I will not be buying from them again. (See image) The school's team name is "Pointers" but it looks like a red square embroidered in the middle instead…
It was hard getting in contact with someone here and making sure my items were being shipped. Eventually, the items shipped and they are wonderful!

I think it is mildly annoying but great customer service to do a follow up email because it will help disorganized people with low IQs who need to be micromanaged.

I'm disappointed in the 2xlg that was purchased. I ordered big so I would feel comfortable in the long sleeve shirt and that was not the case. The shirt is too small.
