It took too long to get my order about 5 weeks. It would be a good idea that as a customer we were told this upfront. Also when I ask for a status the only answer I hit every week you guys were backed up that's all. I will never order anything else from you guys and will never recommended any one to buy from you guys. Overall very poor customer service rating.
Love the sweat shirt, the tee shirts run a little smaller than what I buy of the rack in department stores. But overall I love what I ordered.

I ordered on September 26th...one shirt. It took over a month to ship, and only after I reached out and asked what was happening.
A little slow at confirming my order was received. Even with communication to Prep there was so much advertising notices were going to spam.
The black sweatshirt was great quality. The white sweatshirt was way too small and not great quality. Due to you sending the package in 2 shipments, I was charged $30 at the border for each purchase. $60 in total. More than the sweatshirt itself.
