I ordered 3 sweatshirts and didn't realize they were going to be sparkled. So wasted 60 bucks because my husband won't wear it! So now having to order another. My bad but sad no refunds! Or exchanges

I am very glad to find the items I wanted, and the quality of the shirts is good

My fellow coaches loved the gear and the fans in the stands loved it also

Easy to order, and have a lot of great options to choose from…hopefully shipping and timing is good

It was good, the sweatshirt was too small for my aunt. I ordered a 2X and apparently that was a little bit small for her. In that particular sweatshirt prep sportswear does not have a 3X.

We are ordering a sweatshirt for our daughter. Because she liked the ones we purchased previously from PrepSportswear.

I was extremely happy to find the website and that I could order my sweatshirt and tshirt from my high school, that has long ago closed! The shirts came fast and fit perfect.

I was very satisfied with my creating of my sweatshirt. And very satisfied with the quality of the shirt.

I thought the advertised price was fair when I thought it would have the name I entered on it; then the price went up more then I thought given that the 25% discount was applied, and it came without a name on it.
I understand that there's shipping and taxes and fees. I understand now that not every option comes with the player name. I would have had a better shopping experience if a) there had been some reference to how much extra would be added to the price tag at check out. It was a little depressing that I had a coupon that applied at checkout, and I was excited to see the price go down a little, or at least not go up by much, and it went up a substantial amount. When the at checkout price increase is more than typical such that this happens, I am often okay with this, but would have a better shopping experience if I had some forewarning.
And if b) There had been an indication that the style I had chosen did not have a player name. The option to type a player name in was still there and allowed me to type in a name. So I was excited when I got the package to see what the name looked like, and subsequently disappointed when it was not there. I would have preferred if the option would have been removed from the interface once I clicked the option for which it was not allowed, or at least grayed out. For all I know it may have been an option with the apparel I chose and just forgotten; a clearer indication would be much appreciated.

Despite all this I was very pleased with my order. I hope this does not give the impression that I'm unhappy, it was just a couple negative aspects of my experience that I hope can be rectified for future customers. I would have been willing to pay what I paid even had I known I'd be getting less than what I expected. The sweater looks great! It seems to be good quality. And it made for a much appreciated gift.

Great products, kind of pricy, but they seem to be good quality! Just a little thin for what I thought I was getting.

I never get any discounts or credits for any sales of my items in store. Please check into this.

Great experience. I was able to customize a few items that I was unable to find anywhere else. (This was an overall great experience, but I would appreciate the option to purchase larger sizes than 3x or 4x in the future if needed).

Very satisfied with product and fit Delivery was close to the time it was promised.

I like the premium option, because it's good quality fabric and is readily available!
