I ordered 2 ball caps, 1 t-shirt, 1 crew neck sweatshirt, and 1 hoodie. The embroidery on the caps look great, and the screenprinting on the other items are pretty good...but not quite as "full" looking as I'd totally prefer. I did have one major issue with the crew neck, with one of the letters being nearly half gone when it arrived. I emailed customer service, and they printed and shipped out a replacement fairly quickly. So I was very happy and impressed with the service there, and getting a new sweatshirt to resolve the issue. Could the screenprinting quality be a little better? Yes. But for the price and speed of getting custom items for your specific school, I'm still happy with my purchases!
