This was my first time using prep sportswear and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the print on my husband and teammates caps were impeccable. The shipping was fast and packed well. I will be ordering much more.
The product is great, the customer service is terrible. It is difficult to get any feedback about order. I canceled payment (disputed the charge) because of the lack of feedback and determining whether the order would be filled. The finished order showed up and I then withdrew the disputed charge. As indicated, the product is great, the service is terrible!

Loved all but one item. White sweatshirt came with a stain on the sleeve and the material wasn't the same quality as the black one. Same sweatshirt just different color...one was fairly thick and the other was paper thin.
