I wasn't happy with my order. Since this company apparently doesn't do returns, I was surprised that there was no store credit offered for my dissatisfaction. The shirt I ordered was not at all how I expected, and didn't look anything like the descriptive photos on the website. I'm disappointed to have spent so much money just for it to be a waste.

I purchased a hat after carefully reading through several descriptions. The hat came with a plastic adjustrable strap, not a cloth type. No way would I have purchased this hat if the vague description stated the hat had a plastic strap instesd of a cloth strap. PS refused to exchsnge the hat for one I wanted. Small price but very annoying. Be careful of very poorly worded and misleading descriptions.
Update. Prep Sportswear contacted me after my review and did wind up replacing my hat with one that had the proper adjustable strap. I very much appreciated this offer.
