Everything is really easy to use which is great. The only complaint that I have is that in the past few years, the quality of product has really gone down. I bought a custom made shirt from you guys about 2 years ago and within about 5 washings, the lettering was cracked and peeling off. I've washed it about 5 times since then and the lettering is almost unreadable now. I've also bought several sweatshirts from you and they are also thin and chintzy. They pill up all over.
Recently. I purchased some polos for work and when they arrived they looked really good, however upon closer inspection, they are see through. The material is so chintzy. I had several people say that they really liked the shirt style and I wanted to buy them each their own, but I didn't want it to fall apart on them after a few times of wearing it.
Choices were so limited. I came in and tried to order last week, but your site messed up and wouldn't allow me to place my order after spending some time compiling it, when there were many more options. Now I went in to order the same things a few days later, and I can get some of the same stuff, if I only want them in WHITE. Well, I don't. Your site messes up way too often. I've been a customer for Prep Sports for almost a decade now; this is extremely frustrating especially with the holidays coming up.
Took a while to get made and ship. But my son LOVES the look and the quality of the sweatshirt is really nice and soft.
Easy to use. The website was fairly straight forward to order. Only area of improvement would be to add functionality to help us better understand when we will receive order.
This is the second time my order was wrong. They do however make things right and get you what you ordered.
Took a very long time to receive my order and then when I received it I was not happy with the quality of the product at all compared to the price. Almost $50 for a long sleeve T-shirt that is very thin material. Not worth the price at all. I will not be ordering from this site again.
The product overall was good quality. However the graphics/ lettering color was off. It should have been navy blue but turned out more of a royal blue. I haven't received any protest from the school, so I suppose it's not a problem.

It is ok, but in all honesty, I have experience with shirt making and can tell it was heat pressed on the shirt. You may have to set the temperature higher or press it longer because the design came all wrinkled, but like the feel of the shirt. Was great. Just check the heat press next time. Everything else was fine.
