We tried to exchange the sweatshirt the day we got it for a larger size, but the company phone numbers didn't work (2 or 3 of them) and there was absolutely no way to communicate with any customer service person. Our grandson goes to the school his Dad went to and this company is the only one who sells their sweatshirts. We hate to support them, but want the sweatshirt. I tried the chat and went back and forth to find a place to request an exchange with no success.
The garment is too thin and flimsy, not worth the amount paid.

The t-shirt is for my grandson. In the photo the color of the t-shirt looked bluer. The actual shirt is closer to black. The fabric is not a soft as I was expecting, and it puckers around the neckline where the band is sewn. However, it is a gift, and I am going to go ahead and give it to him, but probably won't make a purchase in the future.

I am so dissapointed in the hooded sweatshirt. The other items are christmas presents and are wrapped and i am very nervous about quality... The hooded sweatshirt is an awful fabric that doesn't stretch... the arms are at least 4 inches too short...I am a 5'9" female with relatively thin wrists, there is no stretch and you can;t push them up leaving me looking like my sweatshirt is for a child. The width is fine...I bought this to wear oversized and it barely fits in length and arm length. I also some how missed how to get the 30% off... all prices were correct when shopping but then the discount wasn't given. I immediately emailed your company and have not been responded to. I will never order from you and showed many parents at our first game the quality and sizing discrepency. So very dissapointed!
