The hoody we personalized and ordered was too small for our son. When I contacted the company for a possible discount code to purchase a bigger size the company immediately offered to send us a bigger size free of charge. Although the return policy says no returns the company was willing to work with us and we greatly appreciated it. The ship was very fast both times we were sent our purchase and our son absolutely loves his gift. The hoody is quality value and will last for years. Thank you Prep Sportswear for going above and beyond for us.
